The hostel is very nice, has it's own character. There is a big common area with comfortable couches. There are computers and wi-fi for free as well. The hostel offers bike rent for very reasonable prices. The location is quite good. If you want to go to Guanlin Temple or Longmen grottoes, it's quite close, you can take a bus or even bike there like I did. Other places are pretty far away, but you can take a bus there too. Downside: very cold in the common area, one public toilet that smells.

Despite the cool air in January, the atmosphere in this hostel make you feel as a special guest. An attentive staff will entertain you with chinese language and good advices for your visit. Definitly far away from the basic scheme of tourist hostels for backpackers... Most of the guests here are chinese ! Enjoy your time ther because we really did !

there is no heater but use air conditioning instead for 2 connecting quite big rooms. so it is not enough to make it warm for us. thanks to staff , after complaining several times , he found small heater for us.
