Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Excellent cleanliness. The only downside was that the lockers downstairs, where I had to leave my luggage after checking-out had no locks available at the time.

Everything was great at your Hostel. The only thing I can suggest is having more than one washer and dryer for those who want to wash their clothes.

I liked it, pretty convenient location by a bus route between the city center and airport. The girl at the reception was really nice. Key card system made it feel secure. The facilities were in good condition. Café/bar with reasonable prices.

This is a pretty standard hostel. No unpleasant surprises or delights. There is not a lot to do in Luxembourg city, but if I were to come back I would probably stay again.

This is a really nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and a decent size, there is a restaurant, the staff is friendly and speaks English, and there is even a restaurant you can eat or drink at. The only downsides are that it is about a 10 minute walk from the main part of town and you have to go up a big hill to leave. Regardless, it is worth the money and I enjoyed my stay!

A bit far from the train station, but not a bad walk to the museums or city centre. Staff was pretty average. It was nice and clean, free breakfast and WiFi is always nice and the restaurant/bar isn't bad either.

I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. It is one of the smartest hostels I have stayed at and is immaculately clean and well presented. I also enjoyed the restaurant and the courtsey of the staff, for whom nothing seemed to be to much trouble. The reception staff to were helpful and courteous. The only downside is the location of the hostel. But this is partly due to the topography of Luxembourg city, so cannot really be helped.

The best hostel we ever found. The bedroom is awesome, the breakfast is amazing (plenty of options), very clean, cheap and the shower is nice. The best hostel I met.

Luxembourg was a great surprise. The hostel is located directly next to a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The surrounding areas are just magnificent. I was getting ill when we arrived so I asked if we could change our room to a private. The staff assisted me in changing my reservation and it was only an extra 10 EUR a night for a 4-bed dorm for two people which was great value for money. The food in the hostel is fantastic! Try the daily special, definitely a good value for money.

Excellent hostel, in quiet area mere minutes from historic Luxembourg. Rooms were cozy and clean, although stairwell smelt of hospital cleaner. restaurant not the cheapest place to eat, but for its price delivers a fair dinner, and most definitely a worthwhile salad and soup bar. Common room was lovely, possible recommendation would be to install more computer stations as they fill quickly. Advertising at the station for route to hostel would save many a tired traveler from becoming lost.

Staff seemed quite uninterested in helping out or giving some information. Also a big disappointment that on a sunday morning after a night out they close the breakfast at 9 (who wants the get up before 9 on a sunday on holiday?) and make you pay expensive prices for breakfast afterwards. Good location though althogether I think they don't give value for money considering it's not a cheap hostel.
