Plus, when you’ve admired the medieval relics, you can explore the valleys and banks by the Alzette and Pétrusse rivers that surround the city.

Alternatively, seek out the arcades to mingle with gaming locals, or hop on the train that runs around the grounds. For impressive views, head to the Walls of the Corniche and look down on the valley.

Getting from Luxembourg City Airport to the city centre is easy. Catch the number 16 Eurobus – departing every 15 minutes – to the central train station. The journey takes around 30 minutes. From the central station, you can catch intercity trains. As the city is so small, you can comfortably explore on foot, but there are bus routes too if you need a break.
