The room was very clean and modern. The location is the downfall as it is a bit of a distance to the centre, Especially as two females walking home in the evening.

The front desk often has a really long line in the mid-afternoon as everyone checks in--receptionists are really slow to check people in and there's often only one person working. It'd be a good idea to add one or two people at the front desk to get the line down quickly, or have an employee walk up and down the line addressing questions and helping people get their reservation information ready so that check-in is faster. It's frustrating to wait 40 minutes to check in.

Some staff were helpful, some weren't. Breakfast was an additional 7 euros, which was a lot for the price I was already paying for the room. Very clean/nice rooms. Hard to meet people if you're traveling alone, but the free walking tour helps. All in all, good hostel.

The location is pretty Good.

It feels more like a hotel than a hostel, which for the money is nice. We booked the cheapest 10 bed room, but we were given a 4 bed room...always nice. Everything was clean. The staff helped point out the location to our departing train station. We thought the location was great. It is close enough to everything to walk there in a short amount of time, but not so close to the bars to be noisy.

This is a hotel. Don't get it twisted. But it's a super nice hotel for the money. A bit far from the center in a dicier part of town. Showed up super late and I guess they sold my bed in the dorm because I got upgraded to a private room for the same price. Only had about 8 hours to enjoy it. Bathrooms are immaculate. Perfect for what I needed.

The location was great. But the kitchen was unbelievably small and was always smelly and has dozens of flys, the rubbish was overflowing and there was no where near enough cutlery, plates, pots and pans for everyone there, no sharp knives either. The staff were friendly, and the bar was average. Not great if you are looking to meet people. It was great to have airconditioning and an ensuite. 6.5/10

Very easy. Great hostel to find and the staff were very helpful. Bed was a good size and the rooms were secure with good lockers big enough for all my things.

The hostel itself was great. Very clean and great rooms. It was out of the way from the downtown core and if the train stations. Surrounding area, especially to the south, didn't look safe and the bar didn't serve decent food so we had to go out but many locations were closed on Sunday's.

A very big and nice hostel but it felt more like a hotel since it was so big. Making contact with people is harder than in a smaller place but there was still a really good mood towards night time as everyone chilled around the lounge area. Location is a bit tricky and is not explained well at all on the site.
