They mention lockers in rooms, but they didn't provide locks for the lockers. We found it quite weird that locks were to be purchased separately.

The staff at the hostel genuinely could not do enough for you. They spoke a multitude of languages and were always on hand to help. I was able to ask about local amenities and if they didn't know something they would go find out for you. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy and the rooms were a great size. The only thing that could've been better would have been better airflow in the rooms as it got quite hot and stuffy at night. Fans were kindly provided by staff to help with the tempera

Laura was so kind and accommodating! My group was separated, and she took the time to help us and was able to get some of us together. She was so patient and helpful that it made our experience amazing. The property was safe and clean as well.
