Close to the airport but not much else. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

As the hotel is not air conditioned please offer fans to the folks who stay there. Having a window slightly ajar (which is as wide as they will open) does not make for any air flow. It was very hot in our room!! As in many hostel type settings the guest room with kitchenette was poorly stocked and somewhat untidy! Not always the hotels's fault but the folks who don't clean up after themselves.

I never thought I would describe a semi-built business park as an "excellent" location, but it was great to be able to walk from the airport to the hostel. I'll be back.

We had a short but wonderful stay, would definitely visit again if we had to layover in frankfurt.Thank you

Great if you have a morning flight out of Frankfurt Airport. Don't stay if you want to spend a lot of time in the city though. Facilities are good - separate restroom and shower in the rooms makes things really convenient.

The staff were not very helpful or welcoming. Also the prices for everything inside the hotel were very high. No information was sent out regarding the free shuttle service to the hotel.

The staff was very unfriendly. The shuttle bus only takes you to the hotel for free but not back to the airport. It costs 3.50Euro per person. I have never witnessed something like that. The room was very small and nothing special. At least it was clean. The breakfast is very expensive with 10Euros per person but I guess people still accept the price because it is cheaper than the airport. All in all it was an unpleasant stay.

Hostel building is clean and nice but staffs who work there are very lazy and unhelpful. Nothing around hotel so you might need to buy food at the hostel but they might make you wait so long. They don't care you buy or not. Make sure don't leave anything behind they will say can not find it. But you know it's there. They are just lazy and never answer about it.

This is a hotel, with some rooms converted to dormitories. Nothing wrong with this idea, but keeping a pair of adjacent twin beds in the room and selling them to two people is a bit over the top, really.

The Meininger staff was very helpful and friendly dealing with our relatively complicated reservation situation at 11pm when we arrived. There very well set up to accommodate travelers like us who are there to catch a morning flight. Breakfast and airport shuttle service, very good.

Our staying was very convenient even if it was just overnight to catch a flight.

i think the shuttle bus should be free.

My stay was excellent! Everything about the hotel was superb, but I will mention a word about the price. It may seem expensive to stay here; that is because of the location. This hotel is optimal for people who have a connecting flight in Frankfurt but need a place to sleep instead of the airport. It is very close to the airport and even has its own shuttle service. However, if you are planning on spending some time in Frankfurt, there are probably more cost and location effective hotels.

Need more people at you bar to serve food. Put more sauce on the pasta. Have a little more food to choose, since there is really nothing close for options in restaurants. Your directions need a bit more detail for the shuttle service. Not everyone knows the airport, I had to ask several people to figure out what was D/E exit 8.

Great place to stay if you need affordable accommodation near the airport. Rooms are small, but it's great that you can open the windows.

This was a pretty good night's stay on our lay-over before the last leg of our trip to Berlin. Comfy bed, good food & drinks, and really nice porch with umbrellas. It was very hot when we stayed in Frankfurt, so it could have been better with air conditioning, though we know the heat isn't usual for Germany. The food was tasty, but a little overpriced. The staff was mixed in friendliness and helpfulness. I liked that there was a blend of young and older folks. Nice gym area!

The staff and environment was not welcoming, and nobody was hanging out in the lobby. Although the rooms were great and clean.

Should not have to pay for shuttle bus to airport.

Very easy to get to the airport and great to have breakfast available early in the morning before we took off. I was able to make a last minute reservation with no problem. Breakfast was a bit expensive and shuttle service should be free. It was actually cheaper for us to just take a cab.

Good for overnight stay to catch an early morning flight
