It was quite refreshing after staying at a hostel in Puerto Rico. This one was clean, had lots of amenities and \"newer\" hostel\'y things, e.g. lockers that could be locked and opened with your key card.

I booked a room with four beds, at arrival we had to find out that there were just two normal beds and a bunk bed. At no point of the reservation, I was informed about that. As I wouldn\'t have booked that, this was a major negative point.

A perfect place to stay!

Very good big hostel, nice and clean. I had to change rooms and there were no lockers in one of them (not that good). It's a little far from the center, and there is no really atractions or bars nearby, but is close to the train stations. Good breakfast so, valueable for the cost.

Shy staff, not so much into smiling. Very clean place, the hotel type. It is not too far from everything, but expect some walks or some metro. There is a nice supermarket the next door, and you can use the kitchen - it's only for backpackers. I say that because the hotel is also hosting groups of teenagers on school trips - it can be annoying at some points.

Nice but a bit pricey hostel

Fantastic hostel and incredibly cheap for a private room! The room was spacious for a 4-bedroom, clean and the hostel is only a 3-minute walk away from the Altona station, which means it's very close to everything. Would definitely recommend!

I\'ll recommend this hostel to everybody. The room is very clean and the staffs are very friendly.

There were 5 of us staying here for a long weekend. It was fantastic value - the breakfast was great and well worth the cost.

Just one remark about the breakfast: I was expecting more options. The rest was really good.

Excellent for the price

It was missing an under key wardrobe.

The staff are rude and not overly helpful . The girl that checked us in was rude and dismissive and didnt bother to inform us on wifi lockers or if there was a kitchen. Hostel is very clean though

Very good hostel good fun and nice people

Very clean hostel. There is a metro station very close to it and also big store. There is a free parking on the street which is good if you go by car.

Excelente el hostel... Realmente el mejor de Hamburgo en relación calidad precio... La única desventaja es q está medio lejos del centro, pero bueno se soluciona con el metro o la bicicleta pública de la ciudad... Pero definitivamente me volvería a quedar allí...

The staff were very helpful. The cleanliness was generally good throughout the building. But our shower did become blocked on our last night and there were a few marks on the walls of the room. We also hadn't realised that we needed to bring our own padlocks for the lockers.
