Very nice place, nice staff, clean room. Good location. A very nice stay :)

The meininger is brand new, clean and modern. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast (not included) was plentiful and good value and the staff were friendly. I was very satisfied.

generally good but you can't open the windows or the balcony door, except possibly one of them, about 5cm. this meant the rooms felt very claustrophobic. if i was there in the summer it would be terrible. take or get a philips screwdriver as you can easily change the handles around and open the doors/windows by swapping the handles around.

Fantastic, nice new room, just need to fix the directions on the booking email from Hostelworld.com. Will stay again.

The floor of the room was dirty. The room interior colours and ambiance were abit too heavy and dark. Other than that, no complaints. Great staff.

The hotel is very new and well furbished. It definitely felt more like a hotel than a hostel. The princess theme of the hotel was lovely and wasn't too overwhelming. The staff were helpful whenever we required their assistance. My only gripe was that there isn't free wifi in the room and the connection in the common area was very poor as well.

The hostel was very conveniently located next to the train station. Overall, I was satisfied with the hostel. However, breakfast was 6.50 euros, which is very expensive.

The hostel was a nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and the service was good. In the triple room we found two beds and a couch, which seemed not to be really comfortable. However we had a nice stay we foun free internet at the ground floor, the kitchen was a modern one and it was easy to buy food since there were 2 supermarket in the nearby and to cook. The breakfast was poor, but we paid 4,5 per night for it. I only had a problem with the booking service.

Neighbourhood is quiet and there is a good grocery store about a 5min walk away. Easy to get to most attractions in Inner Stadt - I only used the U to get to Schonbrun and the airport. Very clean and quite new. Free WiFi only available in lobby but signal strength is good. If you want WiFi in your room you`ll have to pay extra. Would stay here again!

The drains in the showers need to be cleaned out on a daily basis and were not. I had to clean it out myself because it was not draining at all and the smell made me gag. The trash can in the kitchen needs to be emptied more often because in the morning it was always overflowing. Other than that, the room and stay was great.

Had the 4 bedroom dorm with ensuite and it was very spacious and clean. Good value for money. Not in the centre of Vienna but close to metro station so convenient nevertheless. Just beware they have two Meininger Vienna Downtown quite close to each other so make sure you go to the right one!

It was fantastic! It's new and very clean exactly few steps from the StephanPlatz! The room (actually I was in the 4 beds dorm) was wonderful with ensuite shower and toilette. They provide towels, soap, hair dryer, Tv-sat and whatever you need. I felt like being in a 4 stars hotel! I'll come back as soon as possible!
