I liked this hostel very much. The staff was nice and very helpful. The 6 bed dorm is quite ok, you dont spend too much time in your room anyway. The showers always had hot water. The location is great, just 5min walk from the gate to Jiuzhaigou valley. I liked this hostel very much. The staff was nice and very helpful. staff were glum and reluctant to be of assistance. No Restaurant or common area as such. Just a few tables adjacent to reception. 60 RMB for A/C for a night (local Supplier) seems steep. Park further than 10 mins walk unless you are on stilts. Room we had was nice.staff were glum and reluctant to be of assistance. No Restaurant or common area as such. Very good hostel. The staff forgot to book our bus ticket so they offered us a free night !!! That is a very nice move. The staff is also very welcoming and helpful. Very good hostel. Hard beds (again!), dorm had no windows and the electronic keycards kept breaking - i was locked out about 5 times, once in my pjs and once just in a towel! One of the girls behind the desk is really helpful though. All dorm rooms are underground without windows & no air-con. No cafe, bar, or a la carte anything as stated on flyer & this website! The power was out when I arrived so the noisy generator was on, & that was located next to all the dorm rooms. No real common area. Booked shuttle bus to airport but was told the wrong time, so I made the reception girl run after it, she missed it & phoned it to come back. Showers, toilets & location GREAT! Beds are hard. Hostel de estilo tibetano con una arquitectura y decoración que vale la pena ver. Estuvimos en una habitación doble y el mobiliario era super original. La localización el buena y els staff agradable. Excellent hostel. The staff was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. The place was clean and well located. It was a quick walk away from Jiuzhaigou, which was great for getting there early in the morning and getting home at the end of a long day without flagging down a taxi.
