No kitchen, no towels to buy. no helpful staff regarding trains and information. But, rooms were clean.

Bit pricey for a basic service you get : one shower for a dorm room in which hot water lasts only for one usage, internet is 3yuan/hr (I was disconnected after 5 minutes but had to pay). Only good thing was the coffee for 10yuan. It wouldn't kill if they cleaned it once in a while...
