Excellent location with metro and supermarket close by. Hostel staff was great with the place kept very clean and also giving great help for how to get around the city and suggestions on what you might want to do.

I had a great stay here, it was away from the main area but close enough to the action. Within 100 m to Longshan MRT. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very nice environment, clean toilets and good security! Staffs are very helpful. Everything is satisfied, if the twin room provides a desk or cabinet will be perfect.

Definitely Mango53 Inn is the best hostel I have stayed in in Taiwan. The rooms are decorated very warm and welcoming. The beds are comfy, the bathroom is clean and spacious, you can use it on your own!! The living area in the attic is comfy and the enclosed small kitchen comes in handy. The metro is in walking distance as well as some sight seeing spots. The staff is friendly and helpful!! Overall a place I can highly recommend!

This hostel was clean, staff was really nice. It's close to subway station. It's a little hard to find it. and just this part of city is a little dirty. Especial at night looks a little dangerous. But hostel really good!

Excellent facilities & very friendly & sociable customer Service we had. We were told of the place which is interesting And most importantly, when communicating there is no age gap. Besides that, the environment is relax and we slept until quite late because of the comfy bed. In the common room, there is computer, tv with lots of channels and kitchen. Lastly, the location was very near Longshan Temple MRT, just 2 mins walk.

The staff there are pretty nice. If you wanna find a place with a quite convenient location while you don't really care a lot about the surrounding, Mango is a suitable place for you. Still missing the night market near Longshan temple=D

All in all, it's a good hostel. It's clean, the staff is very nice and helpful and it's well connected. The location itself is not that good - there's nothing around besides the temple. The common area is really nice, but usually, no one's there. It's extremely clean, but the dorms are a little crowded, and because the toilet is inside, it can get quite noisy at night.

My friends and I barely had an itinerary when we got to Taipei. It was a good thing that the hostel staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about spots to see in Taipei, and also provided us good brochures and maps that were in English. I like the hostel's location --- walking distance from the Longshan Temple, the Bopiliao area, and markets, markets, markets.

The staff were very friendly and the place was clean. They provided slippers for us to use inside, and the third floor lounge was excellent - had TV, free wifi, a small kitchen, and comfy couches. The location can't be beat, it is a short walk from Longshan Temple MRT. A little pricy at $650/night plus $50 towel rental. It was nice to have a girls-only private bathroom in our 8-bed room though.
