Pros: really lovely owners very eager to ensure you have a good stay. Lovely beach far from madding crowds / ounst-ounst-ounst music in town. Bungalows very tidy and spotless. Cons: a little too far from town; 20 mins & 15 soles by tuk tuk. Not many restaurants nearby so cost of commuting to Mancora adds up. Breakfast is a little sparse and a la carte additions a little pricey.

Nice stay out of touristic Mancora. Just at the beach in nice bungalows... Owners are very friendly as well

It's such a beautiful place with so sweet owners. They make you feel like family. Either at the movienights or when you talk to them. The food is good the beer is cheap and the beach is directly next to the place. I would come there every time I'll visit mancora. It's so much nicer than the city.

Perfect place to stay if you want to get away from Mancora for a couple of nights. It's very quiet and relaxing - good for couples. Very clean and the interiors are really nice. However we weren't impressed by the breakfast, for the price I expected more than just bread, jam and butter - you can add extras but you will be charged. Also there aren't any cooking facilities in most of the rooms which wasn't made clear on hostelworld and the food available seemed expensive.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a break from the main Mancora beach. The location is remote, so definitely take your food etc with you if you can however there is a tiny grocery store next store for the absolute basics. The beach is stunning, there is noone around, a perfect getaway, it is clean and the water is really blue and clear. We had the cabin w the kitchen and it was amazing to cook every meal, relax and enjoy the beachfront. The place is very clean and comfortable. We even saw whales!

We've stayed a few hostel on our travels throughout South America and this one stands out for being excellent. As ever it is the proprietors that make or break your experience. Here they have beautiful beach-side bungalows, offer great fresh food and are on hand to ensure you have an amazing, relaxing stay. Thoroughly recommended.

We stayed in the beach bungalow right on the beach, it's basically in the sand dunes. It's the perfect escape from the circus in Mancora. The owners really take care of you, breakfast is great and they will cook for you. Would have liked to stay longer!
