Kinti Guest House, is a comfortable accommodation, where the priority is that our guests feel at home. We have a maximum capacity of 12 guests, which generates an atmosphere of tranquility, friendship and above all trust and security.

Kinti Guest House Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

3 - Breakfast Schedule: Breakfast is served daily from 8:30 am to 9:30 am in the designated area. We kindly ask you to arrive promptly within this schedule to enjoy the meal.

4 - Prohibition of Disturbing Noise: To maintain a peaceful environment, it is strictly prohibited to make disturbing noise after 10:00 pm. Please be considerate to other guests and respect this quiet hour.

5 - No Smoking Policy: For safety and the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and indoor areas. Designated smoking areas outside the accommodation will be provided.

6 - Visitor Restriction: Entry of individuals not registered as guests in the rooms is not allowed. This applies both during the day and at night.

7 - Right of Admission and Stay: We reserve the right of admission and stay in our accommodation. We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests, and reserve the right to deny entry or request departure of any individual who violates our terms and conditions or disturbs the peace and tranquility of other guests.
