The rooms/huts were okay for a philippine standard. BUT we got robbed. They stole money from the rooms we stayed in. 250USD in total. And the best thing of all: they blamed us for not saying which valuable things we had when we arrived. Don't go there!

We had a very pleasant stay at Melinda's Garden. Melinda is a fantastic person and she and her team are all very kind and helpful. It was a great privilege to stay at Melinda's and to talk openly about so many things of the Philippino culture... We enjoyed particularly the presence of her tamed monkey and her owl. This garden is full of beautiful surprises! Thank you deeply for Melinda's generosity and benevolence.

Accommodation is basic but quaint. Rooms are in separate little huts and the location is great because it is in the quieter part of white beach but very easy to get around from. Melinda is lovely and is doing some amazing things with recyclables. Would definitely return

Nice staff, good air-conditioned rooms, very nice stay!

The staff was very friendly and they were apologetic for all of the construction going on early each morning. The cottages with no air-con or hot water do not have solid floors or walls. So it feels like we were sleeping outside with a mosquito net around us. Lots of mosquitoes, outside critter noise, and construction noise which made the nights/mornings quite uncomfortable. But the clean the rooms each day and offer hot water for coffee each morning which is a plus.
