Not honest attitude, poor overbooking management,

Nice stay... we rented bikes and biked to the ruins. It was a bit of a ride and we got lost a few times, but it was fun.

We were very thankful for the room offered immediatley as our room was obviously unavailable when we arrived at 9.30 am after a long flight and train journey from home, so that we could sleep for a couple of hours. Thankyou very much Milano.

how many times have we seen the bill include the items that were initially said to be complimentary. After checking three times the previous night that the breakfast is complimentary, we were charged. Later, we were told that he did not want to deal with us in the morning. Would be better if hostelworld actually taught them how to be transparent and also give them english lessons primarily asking them to distinguish between deposit and discount. They seem to think that they are the same.

Great staff and a well presented property.

Room was large and well furnished with a comfy bed,f. Lighting was very dim though . Bathroom was horrible. Lots of rust and limescale and dirty also . Drains smelled awful when using the shower. Very disappointed. Food was ok but a typically bland tourist-oriented menu (not like real Sri Lankan cooking).an and a/c- couldn't read at night.
