Very good, there was a lot of different people, and the bed was awsome.

The hostel was fine. But I would not reccommend people to stay here unless they are ok with people partying. The noise from the bar and people coming in at all hours echoes through the rooms because of the structure of the building. Bring earplugs (if you want to sleep) or stay elsewhere. We were there during low season too. Otherwise the hostel is good value for money.

Nice hostel, very clean. However I wouldn't recommend it to someone travelling alone, as it is so big, most people tend to be in large clicks and groups, so could be hard to meet people. The travel agency in the hostel does charge over the odds for its trips, in particular the Boca Juniors game, they charge 560 for these tickets, they even have a sign stating the reasons behind the high prices, however we managed to use a different agency in La Boca, got the same tickets for 400.

I really loved the hostel. The location, staff, parties were really good. The biggest point for me was the staff, they were very helpful, trying to speak portuguese and making the experience like I was at home, I felt so very comfortable. A trip to remember. I will miss Buenos Aires, and I am sure I am gonna miss Milhouse Avenue Hostel. I will keep the few coins after the trip, and save them to go back as soon as possible. Thank you and congratulations :) Vejo voces no Brasil, em BA ou Facebook!

A lot of young travelers. Always something to do! The drinks are pretty expensive, but there are a bunch of markets and bars around if you want to go out. Our heater didn't work most nights so it was FREEZING in our room... but overall a lot of fun.

Lot's of partying going on, really great and by far the best hostel to meet people and talk given the parties organized and the friendly lobby-bar.

Definitely a good party hostel! But people were smoking & drinking in my room, no cleaning. Poor breakfast for such a huge hostel: cornflakes and fresh baked bread (every single one of them little bit burnt)

That's not was my first time in Milhouse, but, in fact, the worst time there. We was in 5 peoples and we reserve a bedroom for 8 and we pay the total value. The hostel tried put 2 peoples twice in our bedroom. And two guys in our bedroom was bited for fleappes. unbelievable.

Trips organized by the hostel are extremely overprised. Eg going to a boca game for 490 pesos is way to much, We just went to the stadium beforehand and bought prime seat tickets for 175.

Great hostel if you want to meet people, have a few drinks and enjoy the B.A. nightlife! Dorm rooms were ok, breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend the B.A. bike tours that you can book through the hostel, they are a great way to see the city. If you want to see a Boca Juniors game I would recommend going to the stadium to try to get tickets, rather than buying through the hostel. We got tickets for a game for 70 pesos when it was 500 through the hostel.

If you're looking for a party hostel, you really can't fault Milhouse. It is the perfect party hostel. Just make sure you're aware that that's what you're paying for - a PARTY hostel. We read reviews before coming which comlained about noise - if you want peace and quiet, Milhouse is not the place for you, but it never claims to be, so booking a party hostel when you don't want one is completely the fault of the booker.

Very nice hostel, lots of partys, lots of happy people. The Beds are bolted to the wall so they are very firm and quiet. Somethings could be improved: theres only 4 computers for a lot of people, even if they had 8 it will be hard to get one free. Also the curtain on the shower should be replaced by a glass to make less prone to flood the bathroom. There will be always people that forget / dont read the sign and flood everything. in 10 days half of them the bathroom was flooded.
