I really enjoyed my stay in the twin private room, would be great if the wifi could be connected to on the upper levels. Really liked the prices of food/drinks/tours etc. Was a bit unsure about what times food was available to buy, told a few different times. Staff were really helpful and friendly AND knowledgable. Really enjoyed my stay.
Good hostel, lots going on and extremely social. Had twin private, good space and facilities. Best showers going.
Very nice hostel, in a good location, and with very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us to book a bike tour and a graffiti tour, as well as our bus tickets to Rosario. Big screen to watch Wimbledon and the world cup games was an added bonus. However (this may just have been during our stay) the hostel was full of pretty boring people who didn't go out much. The hostel seemed to attract people who were content not to even see Buenos Aires and all it had to offer, not even to go out to bars
A lot to do and a lot of company! Simple as that! Parties every night and various tours to do every day of the week if you're up earlier that 3 pm after the partying! The staff is ready to help at moment's notice and everyone is pretty friendly except for the short female manager.
The staff were really friendly and helpful....especially the lady who help make my mate tea (sorry I forgot here name)
Basic room facilities - bunkbeds only and a bathroom No internet access in room Good atmosphere in common area
Loved this hostel, great atmosphere, impossible not to party though. I am returning in a week or so again. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The place to be in Buenos Aires, covers it all. Party Hostel, dont expect a lot of sleep. On the plus side they run of tourist style things everyday too!
What you'd expect from a giant hostel. Lots of services: computers, travel agent, massive bar, big parties. However in a hostel this size you don't get any personal touches or tips on how to experience the real buenos aires. I enjoyed my stay, just depends what you're looking for. If you want to enjoy hanging out and partying with other backpackers you'll love it, if you're looking for a cultural experience go elsewhere (or do what I did and party for a few days then move to another hostel)
Had a great stay here, could easily have stayed longer. This is a party hostel. There are 5 floors and they're frequently full up! Always something to do in the evening and they can suggest/arrange day time activities for you too. Very clean and there are baths! Can definitely recommend. Only downsides being you have to get a taxi to clubs, and the breakfast/food is pretty average.
Classic party hostel, absolutely massive and social area/bar constantly heaving. Not actually loud at all in the rooms if you do want to sleep early. Beds a little poor (narrow with no top bunk railing) and the constant encouragement to socialise with other travellers may hinder your opportunities to meet locals (other than most of the very friendly staff) but they offer VERY cheap tours most days and do encourage you to discover the city. Mostly 18-21s but fun nonetheless for 2-3 nights!
Awesome hostel, love the architecture of the place and the surrounding streets. Staff were excellent at all times. The fact this hostel also serves food is excellent, a hangover godsend! A great place to meet people and party the nights away to your hearts desire. There are electric sockets in the rooms just well hidden but would be nicer if each bed had it's own? Also the bag cages are a bit noisy and a reminiscent of a pet shop.. maybe phase them out. Thanks for a great stay.
The staff in Milhouse are really helpful and friendly.
Seriously couldn't say a bad word about Milhouse except be prepared be hungover all the time. Luckily the staff are so friendly, the food so good ans the atmosphere so chilled, your hang pain gets mildly eased. Really hung writing this tight now. Love you milhouse!
A fun and lively hostel. Helpful, friendly staff. Rooms far enough from the bar that you don't HAVE to party every night. Good tour options, activities, etc. The tango show is great. Good facilities. Hot showers, good wifi (downstairs only, but the hotel next door has free wifi you can access from some rooms upstairs!). Great location - walking distance to most places, and by a subway station too. My first and last stop of 6 months travelling South America... Seemed like closure!
Great hostel for meeting people! Loved the city tour! Highly recommend.
Highly recommend staying at Milhouse I had such an awesome time, the staff was super friendly and the facilities were very clean. The atmosphere was comfortable and so fun they had parties and got everyone involved. They had activities planned for every day that I highly suggest doing. Food was good as well!!
Awesome party hostel, highly recommended, you won't get much sleep if you soak up the atmosphere and events but the rooms are quiet and decent. Great staff, good prices. The elephant went crazy. Overall a fantastic hostel.x
I had a great time at Milhouse, there really is barely a dull moment here at the hostel. It is true, large, party hostel, plenty of drinking, socialising and all that sort of good stuff to be at this hostel. The hostel really makes it very easy for you party and go all out every single night because of the size and the way it is set up. You will always have people to go out with and places to go. Definately worth a visit if you love to party!!! Crowd is all gringo...but still a great time.
