I stayed at another hostel in Buenos Aires and was really reluctant to come back to the city. Millhouse avenue completely changed my mind on Buenos Aires, and opened me up to a completely new city. The walking tours are great, the food in the kitchen is nice and very cheap, and the atmosphere is perfect to meet people from all around the world. Would never return to BA and stay anywhere else.

Nasty...nasty...nasty mattresses....!

Sensacional lugar para quem quer diversão e ao mesmo tempo descanso!!!

Too many brahs otherwise fine. Go at the weekend - Order "cheap red wine" and they give you random bottles not formally on the menu. get drunk and eat Ugis everyday.

We loved our stay at Milhouse and would definitely return! This is very much a party hostel and the nightly parties are always great. It's a very easy place to meet other travellers and the vibe of place is always lively. The hostel also offer lots of daily tours and activities which are amazing to help you explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the cleaners were always hard at work. The bar is slightly over priced unless it's happy hour but there's a large selection on offer

Good clean hostel with nice dorms and bathrooms. Staff where extremely helpful and with the addition of a in house travel agent makes it easy to book buses, etc! Personal downside was it was a large hostel with parties every other night and if the was no party the bar closed around 11:00pm. Overall it very much had a hotel feel.

Awesome hostel, exceptionally helpful & polite staff, breakfast is fantastic & events/things to do every day & night.

If you don't mind noise of parties at night or guys singing out loud in the afternoon. Another thing - was freezing in the room. Had to ask the staff to turn on the AC for heating (they don't give you the remote control). Then a few cockroaches in the public area... And a broken lock in the room door (promised to fix, but didn't). No windows to the streets, only into inside of the building, a bit dark. And water from tap smelling like paint or acetone. But facilities are great, esp. BATHROOMS!

Pros - comfy beds, good location, great shower, friendly staff, good size dorms Cons - pillow, mattress and linen disgustingly dirty and put us of immedietly, staff often give wrong advice, no wifi in rooms, expensive for what it is!!!

Really well run hostel. Clean rooms, hot, powerful showers, wifi fairly good, lots of communal areas. Staff very friendly and helpful upon arrival and with any queries and information. We booked tours and travel to our next destination here easily. Only criticism is that the atmosphere was slightly odd with scheduled activities, drinking times and dark lighting and designated nightclubs for each weeknight. Otherwise would recommend if this is what you are looking for in a hostel.

Great hostel, great staff, will go out of their way to help you. Location is perfect, next to the metro and walking distance to most things. Only issue is the price of drinks and wifi connection isn't the best.

Didn't have a good atmosphere in this hostel and the mattresses were very dirty. No wifi in the rooms. The staff were friendly enough

Great atmosphere from the moment I arrived in September 2015. They have great parties, fun bar staff, clean facilities, large capacity so you'll make many new friends, but can still go upstairs and sleep if you want to. Daily activities are fun and well organised. Made lifelong friends at Milhouse and can't wait to return there. If Avenue is full, try Milhouse Hipo!

Mulhouse is a great hostel. Clean, good facilities and decent beds. The hostel has loads of activities every day that are effortless. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Every night they have a party at one of the 2 hostels (few blocks apart) that goes on till 2, then a club is reccomended. Only slight issue for us was that it's a very big hostel and wasn't busy when we were there (no fault of the hostel) which makes it feel very deserted. Whigh at times could make the atmosphere abit quiet.

We stayed at Millhouse Avenue for almost a week and really enjoyed this hostel. The staff are very friendly and helpfull, but sometimes they give you wrong information. Its a very big hostel, which makes it a little unpersonal, but it's definiately the place to stay in Buenos Aires! They have a lot of fun activities and great partys. We can highly recommend their spanish lessons and the "meet our meat" dinner. The drinks are very strong so enjoy the happy hour!

Good party hostel. Clean, tentative staff. Bar is a little expensive, as expected. Really good location and okay breakfast.

Milhouse does exactly what it says on the tin......PARTY!! Ideal for single travellers to meet people however the hostel is huge so doesn't have that homely feel. The facilities are good and the staff are friendly just don't get caught in the commercial hostel trap of booking and doing everything through the hostel. It's pricy and not exactly cultural!

Great atmosphere, hostel structure is pretty good and everything was always cleaned up. Excellent breakfast and staff very kind. Every night there is a party either at Milhouse Avenue or Milhouse Hipo, so if you want to party and meet friends you definitely should stay there.

Fantastic hostel. The atmosphere around the hostel is so friendly and inviting to get to know other people. I decided to travel alone and stay there for a week and made so many friends from around the world thanks to the hostels' daily tours in the morning, afternoon activities and the parties. Thank you to everyone who made this experience amazing at the hostel especially the awesome staff!!! Love, The Sheriff

This is the party hostel. Get your liver ready if you're coming here. It's a fun atmosphere for young party goers. The front desk is nice too.
