No heather in the rom, so it was very cold. Lukily we stayed in a Twin room and the beds were bit enough, so we shared one and we used the blanket of the other one in addition. We had no hot water to shower at night and almost no water at at all some time. Big hole in our wall. The internet does not work at all in our room, and works slowly in the common area. There is no réal common area by the way. To have internet you should stay in a seat in the courtyard outside, which is cold in automn.

Great location! Excellent staff attitude 100% for helpfulness! Brilliant English spoken! Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic. only one metro stop away from the train station. Located right where the shantang street, 10 min walking to the Lingering Garden and Tiger Hill and just 10 RMB to take a taxi to the Humble Adm. Garden & Suzhou Museum.

覺得 地點位置很好,只是可能我們是住在十一連假後面,所以沒有甚麼旅客,有點可惜,原本希望可以多認識點朋友的。總的來說,員工人很好也很熱情,如果我下次再去蘇州玩,一定會再去的。 i think the position of the hostel is nice and convenient for traveler. Originally, I was looking forward to meeting more people and making more friends but probably i went there just right after the Golden week, less people choose to live there. it was quite pity for me. anyway, staffs are nice and hospitable. If I go to suzhou again, i will definitely choose to live there again.

The location is so nice that you can just walk to Santangjie! Also I like the cozy and homey atmosphere so people can be easily relaxed. My only hope is that the staff need to prevent mosquitos in the room. Even one mosquito can bother the guests.

We stayed in the three bed room. There was plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. The hostel was in a great location and the staff were friendly! :)

Lockers in our room didn't have pins to place a padlock. There was no toilet paper in the restrooms. The staff didn't gave us much information about the attractions; although, they were friendly, even one of them could speak a little Spanish. The hostel has a good location in the main old street, close to the metro and train station.

We had a great time, everyone was helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay :) Suzhou is such a wonderful city and the hostel is right in the centre, this was really great!

The hostel is located in the middle of a tourist attraction. We got a triple room, although we reserved a twin romm, so we had enough space for all our things. Even if the room was a bit bare an uninviting, it was clean and okay. On enquiry the receptionist told us to go to the silk museum an she also told us how to get there. When we reached the building, we hat to assert, that the silk museum was closed an demolished. We wondered, why the receptionist didn't know this...

Dorm smell bad and sharing with the staff is not the point of a dorm, you aim to meet people who speak english. Food was terrible and expensive.

This was a cozy, friendly hostel. It felt very safe and I liked the staff a lot. The area is so beautiful and rich with good restaurants, shops, nice tourists, bars, and things to do. The other guests were friendly and respectful. No one really seemed to stick around during the day. Check out the cafe connected with the hostel.

I came there tired from an overnight train and the staff was very accomdating even helping me with some phone issues. The bed was rock hard but the room was nice. They advise to keep your valuables at the front desk because staff have stolen items which was very concerning. The patio was beautiful and the showers and bathroom are the same room of course but they are what you expect from a hostel. Location was amazing right near the metro and a bus ride away from every attraction in the old city.

Keep the style with a lot of plants and your kindness! It was a nice weekend with you! Please repair the lockers in the rooms and make them safer. And a little bit toiletpaper would be awesome or write it as information in your description. Thank you!
