It felt like the staff is my best friend here! Also I really like the shower here, I've stayed in multiple guest houses in Hongdae area, this is the only one so far which provides unlimited hot water! Very clean place, good location (short walk to party area and subway, but just far enough to not be bothered my partying public at night). I can highly recommend it!

The location was quite good. The area is a college town and had a bohemian atmosphere and a long street filled with BBQ places which was quite convenient. Mia, the staff member, was quite helpful and cheerful.

The key problem is the stair is too narrow not good for traveler they have suitcase and the gate is too dark to see in the night time. Is quiet hard to find and fast from subway no taxi can arrived in the front door usually they can find the actual place. The picture show in hostel world is seem more big then the actual size the dinning room is just so small.

Dear guest, The staircase is spacious enough for two people to pass each other on the way. It is unfortunate this fact does not accomodate the surroundings you are used to, but we are confident it is in fact not too narrow for the travellers that visit us: everyone and all luggage fits up and down the stair case. In Korea it is encouraged to save electricity because of the environment and the amount of electricity that is produced inside Korea. Hence we installed motion sensor lighting a long time ago. All parts of our courtyard are lighted at night when the motion sensors are triggered. Please see our detailed map in the pictures section which makes it very easy to walk here. It will be difficult to find a taxi driver who want to drive this short distance from Hongik University station (it is less than 2 minute drive, in other words they do not make money of that), but if you manage to find a taxi driver willing to do this, you can show him this map or ask him to call our guesthouse. We can guide him to our premises. We hope your future travels bring experiences closer to your expectations! Enjoy!

One of the best hostel experiences I've had. They were quick to help me when my arrival date changed and were overall very accommodating. Very clean with good facilities, good location. Tops.

A guesthouse that feels like home, small and cozy. Towel, breakfast of toast and egg, WIFI, PC with Internet provided. Shower heater sometimes has problem but otherwise is good. There is a rooftop patio where you can hang out. Good location, close to the subway, restaurants, cafes, shops.

There were not sheets and she didn't wash the blanckets for each guest. There are a lot of things in the kitchen and it isn't confortable for cooking. We get lost because she didn't update the adress of the guesthouse in hostelworld and then is difficult to find. The place is very noisy in saturday night because she has party with her friends in the lobby of the guesthouse.

Nice guesthouse in the university district. The owner, Mia , is very helpful and willing to please. However, the directions I recieved from my Hostelworld booking were wrong and was not easy to find especially at 11pm when I got into town.

very nice, lovely atmosphere. it is more like staying with a close relative or friends. it doesn't have hostel environment. staff is very nice and very helpful. it was very cold outside. Miso Guesthose has floor heating system and inside is warm and comfortable. certainly i recommend everyone to stay there.

We had a very nice 5 night stay with Mia at Miso. It felt like being a guest in her home more than anything. Very affordable and comfortable. Really an excellent location; close to all kinds of restaurants (including one of the only FOUR Taco Bells in Korea, all you American!) and nightlife. Just far away from everything to be quiet and peaceful, but just a short walk away. Thanks Mia!!!!
