Staff was very friendly. Location is very good. Just a few meters from the beach and palais des festivals.

When asked what time check-out is, we were told 11:30. On the day we had to check out, I was rudely confronted by a cleaning lady around 11:15 just outside my room, telling me that check-out time was 11:00. When I explained that we were misinformed, she called attention to the fact that it was almost half-past and that we should hurry up. We had had everything completely packed up already for a while, so it didn't take us long to leave. Her attitude and the miscommunication were unnecessary.

The room was a bit too small, too much furniture for the space, should accept that clients pay the bill with more than one credit card, very good location for tourist, near the beach and the train station, thats nice fo have. refrigirator in the room!

Great location and nice bedroom.

We booked this hotel mainly because of the parking although when we got there we were informed that the parking available was on the street in front of the hotel and it actually did not have enough spots to all the guests. Therefore we were obliged to park the car in a garage next to the hotel for which we payed 26 EUR/day. Staff does not speak English well so communication was difficult.

The description said pool - but this is not true. The door to the bathroom should be full size!
