It was a little hard finding the hotel, and when we arrived around 10 PM, there was no one at the desk to check us in but it was no trouble calling someone to assist us and we were checked in very quickly. We appreciated how clean the room and bathroom were. Cars passing would occasionally blare their horns in the morning or night which was pretty annoying.

Friendly staff, location close to the public beaches and the Festival Palace

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. The location was ideal, the staff were incredibly knowledgeable about Cannes, and the room was fantastic. We had our own balcony. Plus there's air conditioning!! I couldn't recommend this place more. What great value for your money.

The Modern Waikiki Hotel was a nice relaxing stay in Cannes! The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean when we arrived. The hotel is pretty laid back but they do have maps, brochures and advice for you. This hotel is best for a private stay in Cannes as there is no common area or bar so it is hard to meet other people. The location is excellent; it is a 10 minutes walk to the train station and a 10 minutes walk to the beach.

The service and the accomodation were super good, excellent location. Veru good relation quality/price. The only thing was the noise from the street because my room was right on Rue des Serbes which is very caotic sometimes. But for 2 nights, it definitely worth it!
