Had an awful and dirty room, showers were even worse. There was a wall 20cm out of my window so there was almost no daylight. I had stains on my sheet. After the first night a cleaning lady thought I checked - out so she "cleaned" my bed for next guests but the bedlinen wasn't changed! But she managed to take my flip-flops coz she thought it was hostel's property. A girl in the reception doesn't speak English well. The hostel itself was fantastic and very big. It seemed like a popular place. The night staff was great and friendly, but the day staff were very difficult. We tried to extend our stay and informed them BEFORE check out time, but they told me to call later. I called 3 times and finally when I got back to the hostel in the afternoon they said they were full. My friend continued to argue with them, however, and we ended up getting a couple of beds for one more night. The hostel itself was fantastic and very big. It seemed like a popular place.
