too far away from subway station..... a bit far from bus station. But on the whole the environment is quite good.

Overall, solid hostel. No wifi in the dorm rooms. Also, they don't serve food at the bar. Also, the vibe is not really that great for meeting new people in the common areas. But the location is great, and staff is helpful. Although the staff doesn't really speak that much English.

Smelly, and ppl smoke inside the permise

I selected a 8-bed mixed doom. One of the residents was a smoker. It was not acceptable to me. And the cleanliness of the washroom was not good. The hostel was close to Fu Zi Miao, which was good.

Great hostel! We ended up staying two nights, having only booked one, but the staff were very accommodating, despite it being pretty heretic in the middle of CNY/Lantern Festival. The location on the bank of the canal is excellent, right in the thick of Nanjing. Facilities were decent, the vibe of the place pretty great and the tea & snacks on offer are deliciously good value. Will stay again next time I'm in Nanjing.

The staff was friendly and considerate, with someone always working; they hosted free snacks during the Spring Festival evening; the multiple common rooms were warm and comfortable; and the beds were clean and warm. My 8-bed dorm room had a private shower and toilet, which was kept well-cleaned. The public toilets and showers were also clean, with 24/7 hot water. The only downside was thin walls--lots of noise from the hallway-- and that the clothes dryer was unexpectedly broken.

Pretty cool place to stay and hang out. Really chill neighbourhood in a location that has history and well-connected to other areas by transit.

Reasonably located near a metro station

This was one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. Extremely organized, friendly, and helpful staff; a terrific location; a great layout that fosters meeting new people (and led me to long-term friends); and insanely comfortable facilities. Would recommend 150%.

It was a great place to stay., thank you. Everything is cool except people can smoke there.

The hostel is wonderfully located and is surrounded by lots of great places to eat and shop. The dorm itself was not overly clean and the bathroom was a little frightening but the beds were incredibly comfortable and I slept like a log. Staff have minimal English but they try their best.

The directions to go to the hostel from the train station are wrong!!!!

Definitely helps to have some Chinese language skills if you are travelling by yourself just to converse the numerous Chinese who stay here. Everything else was fine.

quite a clean and comfortable hostel, lots of sofa in the common area, easy to meet new friends.
