Nice common areas and it's a really cool idea to have that big dorm in the attic of the hostel, but you have to climb down 2 floors for the showers.

This is the third hostel I've stayed at in Nanjing, and hands down the best. Friendly, helpful staff, clean bathrooms, great common area... No complaints.

Great value for the stay. They provided a hair dryer and towels in the double private. Previous reviews mention no breakfast but they've started that service and it's okay. 15 mins from the metro stop made it super convenient.

It looks wonderful and comfortable, and it is. I like the garden full of flowers.

This hostel is beautiful! It just opened in 2011 and it has a very cute space to hang out in, rooftop patio and the rooms were very clean. Thanks!

the cafe and rooftop of the hostel were very nice. calm and cozy. conveniently situated. 15-minute walk from the metro and some tourist spots. the staff was nice but not very talkative. the rooms were clean but nothing special. was a bit disappointed with the breakfast.

This was my first stay at a hostel, and it was an extremely pleasant stay! The large attic room was very clean, the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms were all well equipped and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay, and although we didn't have to ask for any directions or information, they seemed ready to help with anything. Kudos!

The best hostel i have ever stay in China! Ensuite bathroom for six bed dorm is just wonderful! Bedding are good and spacious enough to deal with your stuffs!

Everything is good: characteristic building, pretty environment, clean room, kind staff, friendly atmosphere. Except that it takes a little far to get to bus or metro stations, and a bit expensive. Good experience, will return if go to Nanjing again.

No enough toiletpaper for 8 people in a dorm, you have to ask every day. it sounds funny but it is getting on your nerves. The staff is not really helpfull by sightseeing trips.

Very nice Hostel, but the bathrooms good be bigger.

the loft is a great place to meet people and the staff and hostel are great this is the place to come in Nanjing.

Good but new hostel. The staff are very friendly but are still figuring things out. They help when they can though. No food or bar available (yet). Not many people staying here yet, some Chinese travelers. It'll be a fun place once it's discovered. Loft area was very warm, clean, and spacious. No lock for the door, just the locker. Shower room always sopping wet, two of the three showers don't really work. Curfew at 12. Ugh.. But nice staff, atmosphere, location. A bit hard to find.

Good locationl once you knew where it was (difficult to find when coming from the metro). Room was clean and comfortable (we splashed out on a twin room which was more like a hotel room to get a good night's sleep). The one member of staff we encountered was excellent, very friendly and helpful, she even gave us her phone number in case we got lost or needed help when we were out. No restaurant facilities, this was the only downside. The hand-drawn maps at reception were very useful.

Good location, staff quite friendly, bed comfortable. Problems: there was only hot water available in the morning, so no evening showers. We stayed in the loft area (very quaint) but the air-con is controlled by a timer or something, so during the day it is freezing. This includes the communal lounge/bar. It seems management is willing to forego comfort in order to save money. There were 2 kids playing in the communal area who seemed to belong to the owners, which I consider very unprofessional.

Nice and clean hostel. Close to the subway- and bus stations. Most of the tourists sights in Nanjing are reachable by the subway and busses close to the hostel. If you want to do some party, you can even walk to the 1912 area by foot. Very convenient. All in all a good choice!
