I booked for cheaper dorm and I got a free upgrade upon arrival in the small dorm. The room was excellent. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Would love to come back and stay there again

Great location, close to Khao San Road & temple sightseeing. Great facilities but they turn the air conditioning off in the rooms starting at noon every day and there was some confusion about folks taking the wrong assigned beds during my week stay there.

I selected this place as the rates were reasonable and closed to Khaosan Road so this was a good choice. The room was tiny, but clean and comfortable.I will definitely be staying here again.

This place is awesome. Super close to khao San road. Extremely social so really great if you're travelling by yourself and the staff are really helpful for information and booking train tickets etc. Will definitely stay here again.

There are many nice touches in this hostel. Overall experience is pleasant, with the dorm rooms beautifully designed and maintained. The common areas are similarly well laid out to encourage interaction among guests. The staff, though generally nice, are not the most enthusiastic in their job, but the location close to tourist attractions and sleazy nightlife, but far away from public transportation is the greatest disadvantage. Also, the rooms are incredibly cold and the outdoor patio dirty.

Not very big and spacious but it is a city hostel. The rooms were air conditioned and clean other than the first night when I got bed bugs within ten mins of lying down and had to switch beds. Showers good. Good place to meet people and close to Kao San Road, travelling service and palace/tourist sites. Difficult to get to other parts of bangkok though - need taxi. We noticed a rat outside in the eating a rea but you see them everywhere in bangkok if you look closely

I travelled for 6 weeks in Thailand and sarted and ended my journey here. The staff remembered my name when I came back and set me up with a great bed in one of the smaller rooms. Best hostel I stayed in Thailand, hands down.
