The hotel facilities look exactly as they were featured in the internet. Unlike other hostels where we have tried, where pictures seem to be far better than actual appearance. I would have to say that cleanliness of the entire hostel is most admirable at NiHao@taipei. Kudos to NiHao@taipei and their staff! :)

Very good location and facilities! Love the dorm room, although stay in a shared room but still can have the privacy.

Distinction hostel with both the location, cleanliness are excellent! I just need to pass by 3 - 4 shops form the exit 3 of MRT without crossing a road, and can reach this hostel. It took last than 1 minute. The bedroom and bathrooms are clean and tidy, I can see the staff are changing bed sheet in the morning. Locker is large enough for me to put all my belongings. The common room has PS3 and Xbox, although I'm not going to play cuz I spent the whole day to go outside.

Really excellent location as it's 5-10 min walk from Taipei Main Station. Staff are really nice and friendly. Reception/lounge area has one of the best facilities among all hostel i've stayed in Taiwan. Coffee/tea/cookies, lots of useful travel guides, really funky desktops and large tv with either ps3/xbox. The only downer is the reception area is not open 24 hours.

The location is a super plus point, as it's located literally at the annex building of Cosmos Hotel. The exit to Cosmos hotel has both up and down escalator, hence transporting of luggage is no issue at all. The only not as ideal point is that the rooms are scattered within the building with the reception on the 11th floor. We had a private 3-persons room with shared bath so hardly used the common area throughout the stay due to the distance.

A nice frills-free hostel to stay in. It's in a great location (right outside the metro exit at the main station), which makes it very convenient to go anywhere in Taipei. My only issue would be that the bed spaces are rather cramped, so if you have a big luggage, it might be difficult to store it or pack things. If you're planning to party at night, you also have to be quiet cos there's quite a lot of families staying there and they sleep early. Other than that, pretty good place to stay!
