Great stay overall! Helpful staff, amazing breakfast, clean. Offer towels in rooms. I would have appreciated a safe place to put our passports, but otherwise great stay!

The hostel was centrally located just a short walk from Khao San Road. The rooms were spacious and cool with aircon available 24 hours. The room was very clean and tidy and the bathrooms were nice with powerful and hot showers!! We would definitely stay here again.

ive stayed here 3 times now! The lady receptionists are so polite, friendly and help you as best they can. When i was trying to get to places they would write my destination in Thai so when out walking or catching a taxi i could show the locals. Its about a 10 minute walk to Khoa San Road so far enough away from all the noise but still close enough. Wonderful place! massive lockers in ur room that can fir ur backpack, outlet sockets above ur bed, night light and a shelf

My stay at Niras for one night was wonderful, the moment I arrived I had met some incredible people to explore the day with. The staff were incredibly helpful and detailed in their explanations. Room sizes were big, with new hardwood floors, and a large locker that can hold your backpack. Niras was situated close to the Khao San area, there are multiple attractions a walking distance away. Only issue is that it's not close to a train station, which may be an issue if you have multiple days in BK

Nice hostel with a traditional Thai feel. The location is in a non touristy area but still so close to both, the main sights and Khaosan Road that you can get there by foot. Also there are lots of local restaurants nearby and the food is cheaper and better than on Khaosan Road. The staff is super friendly, very helpful and they provide awesome tea and coffee in their Café. This is not a party hostel ( which is a good thing for me) but you can still meet many new and friendly travellers.

Very nice facilities, clean with everything you could want. Walking distance to khao san road, though it is a tad far to walk. Not a ton of common space, so not super easy to meet other people, but nice enough place to stay

Even though we only stayed for one night before our flight from BKK to back home, we got a great sense of what Niras Cultural Hostel can offer! The place is really nice and clean inside, the staff are incredibly friendly and we were even able to check in at 2:30am after a 8 hour bus ride! The atmosphere was chilled and I imagine we could've met some really cool people if our stay was longer! Would recommend this place and will seriously consider this place next time I'm/we're in Bangkok!

Booked to stay for 1 night and ended up staying for 3. Nice rooms. Clean everything. Hot showers. Gorgeous tea room at reception which saved us in the morning. Lovely girls on reception. Really nice stay in Bangkok. Far from the touristy places so it's not loud or tacky but close enough to walk. Thank you!!

Was going to stay here for 2 nights and ended up staying 5. Always fully booked but with another advance can stay longer. The girls on the desk are just amazing. So knowledgable about the area and how long and much it takes to get somewhere. Nice place to meet people as well. Only a 15 min walk from the main road as well. Really clean. Only thing is from my room I couldn't get wifi. Apart from that amazing place. Thank you!!!

Great staff! Really superb help getting round and about, helping us book a bus and recommending places to see. The people at the time were really fun and open, we met a travel buddy on our first day! The only (rather big) downside was the airco. It was so cold in the rooms at night and the second you turned it off it was hot.. There was no in between for some reason, even though you could set the temperature, it may have been broken? Anyway really fun hostel!

Great hostel. Helpful staff. Small common area so not good for socializing but great location. Walking distance to Khao San. Plenty of taxis passing by and good food options close by!

Very cute homely hostel with clean bathrooms and nice beds. big lockers in the room which is great. Aircon is fantastic. 15-20 min walk to kohsan road and the palace. Taxis everywhere else which wouldn't be bad if you were traveling with people.

This hostel was great! The staff was really friendly and had some great tips! They even gave us a walking map to help us get around. The bathrooms were clean, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, they had huge lockers for you to keep your stuff safe, and the AC works really well. The location is great because it's within walking distance of so many beautiful temples. My only issue was with the strong smell of sewage from the nearby river. The smell somehow found its way into the restrooms.

Very nice location, was greeted with welcome drinks a friendly smile and got into our room early which meant we could go exploring. Everything was all in walking distance and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely have stayed longer had we had more time.

About 10 minutes walk from Khao San Road and 20 from the Grand Palace, so handy location Very secure, had security guard at night and lockers for bags No complaints about cleanliness!

Such a nice and relaxing environment and not to far from the backpackers party place either. The cafe is delightful and the coffee is fantastic. The staff are nice and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for more, loved it. We ended up spending 5 nights there.
