The staff was great and the hostel was clean and nice. It's close to serveral tourist attractions. It's not very close to any places to go out at night but it's still a great place to stay. I would recommend staying here to others!

the best hostel I have ever stayed at. Nui has everything - cheap but delicious food (beautiful fresh bread/pastries and muesli, and the pizzas for dinner are amazing!), staff are so friendly and helpful, and the bar downstairs is the perfect way to end the day. would definitely stay here again, not one thing to complain about

A cool hostel with friendly, helpful staff, good sized dorm rooms and a great bar.

Nice hostel! Really clean, and the staff were super helpful when it came to booking activities. The breakfast was a little on the pricey side I felt, but that's really the only negative comment I can make. I can really recommend this area for staying in; Kuramae station is just a stone's throw away, and there are lots of convenience stores around.

Awesome hostel with a vintage atmosphere. Only problems are that it's not in the most convenient location to reach Shinjuku / Harajuku / Shibuya / Roppongi and they didn't have large lockers available. Bar down the bottom is very nice. Good beds, clean bathrooms / showers & access to laptops in the lounge / kitchen area up top. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I'd stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay there. Even though the location is not in the hot spots of Tokyo, I think the quiet neighbourhood of Kuramae has its own charm. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I would definitely come back to this hostel.

Nui Hostel was a great stayin Japan. It had a very 'hipster' feel which was unlike any other place I have stayed. The rooms themselves were a little small, but the cleanliness and facilities (downstairs bar and upstairs common room) made up for it.

Hostel atmosphere was mixed. The downstairs bar was excellent and trendy. However, many of the people staying at the hostel were Japanese and not as willing to socialize. The hostel was clean but the concrete floor and the fact that shoes were allowed anywhere was quite different to all the other hostels I have visited in Japan. The location was good as far as being close to transport. However, if you are planning on going out it is quite a ways from Shinjuku and the going out areas
