&AND HOSTEL MINAMISENJU is a new hostel set in the Arakawa district of Tokyo. It's just 1 km from Jokanji Temple, a 13-minute walk from Ichiyo Memorial Museum and 1.2 km from Susano Shrine.

There are a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The rooms are equipped with a shared bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

Property Check-in time is until 11pm. Guests can come and leave luggage from 8am. Late check-ins until 12am can be arranged with additional 1000yen, but contact with the property in advance is required.

(1) 4 days(or more) before Arrival Date: free
(2) 3 days before Arrival Date: 100% of the whole accommodation fee
(3) on the day or No Show: 100% of the whole accommodation fee
6. Age restriction
・Private room: available for 3 years old and up
・Dormitory room: available for 16 years old and up
・A parent or guardian’s consent form is required for minors (16 - 18 years old) when they stay without those over 18 years old.

11. Late check-in until 24:00 is available only with prior notice (1,000 yen additional charge). Check-in after 24:00 is not accepted.

Perhaps one of the most well-equipped hostels I have even seen for the price. It really had everything you needed and was very clean too! The "dorm" rooms being only two people was a nice surprise too. Would 100% stay here again!

I stayed in a private room. Very small but the price was right. The shared spaces were all very clean but my bed under mattress in the corners of the frame could have used a clean and the walls had some dirt on them. I wouldn't call it disgustingly dirty but it could use a deep clean. I really liked the staff, they were very genuine and if asked very helpful. The location is removed from the tourity things but right beside a train station. Many community onsens near by, tatoo friendly.
