Lovely hostel. Beds are a bit hard but the whole building is spotless and the staff are very helpful! Great kitchen facilities and also has a really cool bar down stairs. Decor is cool too. Ended up booking again for when we returned to Tokyo.

Amazing hostel! One of the best I've ever stayed in. Quirky, stylish, clean, and modern. Staff were beyond helpful. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Comfy beds, and enough privacy. Free lockers available for use. Discount on coffee at the bar. Bar open until midnight. Common room upstairs for own use with kitchen, and laptops. Free wifi. Free luggage storage. Would definitely stay there on my next trip to Tokyo

Fantastic hostel. The bar is lovely. Very easy to meet people. My only criticism is some more air ventilation in the dorm rooms, as things were quite smelly by the morning with 7 other backpackers in the room (mostly boys, ha). Would absolutely stay here again!

I just had a blast during my stay, the staff were very friendly and the people in the hostel were awesome. It's always a plus when the common room is mixed in with a bar, great way to meet new people!

I think I never been to a better hostel before, nice location close to the metro, nice rooms, air con/heating, a bar and FANTASTIC STAFF! Seriously, the staff is nothing less than fantastic, and they do anything for you! I love them!

Comfy stay at this hostel, and the staff were very kind to wait for us until midnight to arrive and check-in after we called them telling them we'd be late (check-in is until 11pm). This is probably just our isolated experience, but the free space in the mixed dorm we were staying in was so cluttered with everyone's belongings that it was quite challenging moving around and trying not to make noise in the dark. Also, the showers were really clean but could do with more hooks for hanging clothes.

An excellent place to stay. The staff were very friendly and incredibly conversational. The bar was also really great - had quite a time talking to the many people staying there. If I go to Tokyo I will stay there again.

The staff and facilities at are amazing. And the design and character of Nui is incredible. Comfortable rooms and a great bar for hanging out.

We really enjoyed or one night stay at Nui. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the vibe of the whole hostel was great. The double room we stayed in was very small, but as all we really needed was a place to sleep that was fine with us. The building is cold because there is no central heating, but each room is equiped with an AC unit, so it is fine. The bathrooms are cold though, so be prepared. :)

The staff was absolutely amazing. Kind, helpful, all around cool. People you'd want to be friends with! And the design of the space is super cool.

This hostel is absolutely great. It has a good design concept and was very clean. There were also curtains around all dorm beds for privacy. The common areas were great to relax and also to meet other travelers. Location was on a small, quiet street so it was not loud at all.

I stay for 2 nights and had a really nice time. I stayed in the girl's dorm so I had lots of lovely roommates to talk to. There was a lot of foreigners and some Japanese. The staff speak good English. I really liked the way the beds had sliding curtains so you could have the room light on without being disturbed or have privicy when you wanted it. The location is a but out the way but is well serviced with combinis. Easily accessible from the subway/metro. Relatively quiet.

Nui is amazing. The staff are all incredibly helpful and equally awesome to hang out with! If that wasn't enough they also have an unbelievable bar and probably make some of the best espresso in Tokyo. Just have Hikaru make you a cappuccino and you'll see what I mean!

This place was my favourite hostel over my 3 month trip. Great bar/restaurant downstairs, great for meeting people. Great for younger people who want to socialise. Loved it. made the best friends. Had the best times. Stayed at quite a few hostels in Japan and this was by far the most fun. DO IT.

Everything about Nui was fantastic. The staff incredibly friendly and helpful, the showers hot and the coffee delicious. I look forward to returning! Arigatou gozaimasu :)

I believe it is the best place you could ever get. it isnt that central, but you can find a 3 min walk tube station. the staff was so friendly and helpful, the beds were big and the bar on the first floor is just the best place to know new people. the only problem is that their lockers arent big, just a normal size backpack, but after two days i saw that was ok to leave my things at the room. recommend it 100%
