The actual place is a little out of the way, but close to a subway or two. However, whatever Nui lacks in location, they make up for it with everything else. Full service bar in the lobby, you can order food as well. The staff are extremely helpful. Clean with a cool shabby chic style to it... Only other complaint would be the lack of locks or lockers for your stuff, but it wasn't a problem. Great place to hang out and meet people. I will definitely stay there again.

Amazing Place. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Place is clean, tidy, and new. Definite value for money! Highly recommended. The other travellers that stayed there were really friendly and amazing as well. The Bar is very nice and the people there were really friendly.

Have stayed at a fair number of places in Tokyo by now, but this hostel was quite pleasant. Although I prefer to stay in Asakusabashi or Asakusa this hostel felt very good. Staff seemed very enthusiastic (thumbs up!). I felt guilty for letting a female staff member carry my heavy backpack to the storage room, but she was a tough one. Will definitely consider staying here if I need to find a place in Tokyo again.

The beds were comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, every door needed a key or access code, and they kept the bathrooms clean. I stayed in a mix dorm and felt completely safe.

very kind staff, and the ambiance of the hostel is just great. very artsy, in the weekend there was a concert that was free for hostel visitors! there is not really a common room (apart from the kitchen), but there is a very nice cafe downstairs. so nothing but praise

They have a nice bar downstairs and a good common room upstairs. Friendly staff, but the location is a little far from the hotspots. They have individual lockers, but it's too small for putting your luggage...

Awesome hostel, the staff were really helpful in every way. If your lucky, the bar would have live gigs during your stay, free to watch and alot of the nearby folks would be there to enjoy it too.

The hostel was poorly located but easy enough to navigate to and from the train station. Not much around except for fire station. Other than that, it was an amazing hostel. The bar on the 1st floor was a great idea. It made for an interesting experience. Very clean and friendly. Almost felt like a hotel. The rooms are slightly cramped but the beds were comfortable. Showers were decent but small but overall it's a great hostel to stay at.

First of all, I would like to commend the staff. The bathrooms in the times that I used were dirty. Bad idea the bathrooms being used by both men and women. I liked the electronic locks of the doors, the sense of security was great. Did not like the small spaces in the rooms, looked like a slum. The single beds are large and have relative privacy and individual power sockets. The kitchen is simple but very homely liked. But hardly come back to this hostel. Recommend to anyone who will be only on

I really liked the look of this hostel; and it had a great atmosphere. The shared bathrooms were lovely and clean. However, our room (double private) was a little small. There was no desk, only 2 stools, and we had 2 big bags. We could barely open the door. The staff were great and gave us an electric blanket without us asking for it, which was nice. They always greeted us when we saw them. Next time I'm in Tokyo, I would stop by for a drink downstairs definitely.

I enjoyed very much my stay, the hostel is very impressive and clean, beautifully decorated. The photos exhibition in the stairway was great too! Thanks for the attention during my time with you.

I've stayed in quite a few hostels and this one is among the best. Very clean, very secure, quiet when you want it to be, easy to meet people, reasonably priced. It is a decent size but doesn't lack character like alot of the larger European- style (chain) hostels. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help you. Tokyo is MASSIVE, so even though Nui isn't located in the thick of Shibuya or Shinjuku, you will be using the (very efficient) subway anyway!

One of the best hostels I've been to. The location is good, since it's near the subway (however, I'll just like to advice people looking for night life that it's not close to neighborhoods like Shibuya and Roppongi and that subway stops working at midnight and returns only at 5AM). I sensed a lack of information on things to do and places to visit nearby (it´s always nice to get some tips from hostel staff, maybe some "basic guide and map" would've been nice).

Hands down best hostel I've stayed at, world wide. The staff are smiley, friendly and very helpful. The bar downstairs is beautiful and has a chilled vibe. The kitchen is greatly equipped. Beds in dorms have curtains for privacy, a lamp and a powerpoint each. The little things have all been considered which makes a huge difference except it would be good if there was a little more room to put luggage that does not fit under the bed. Overall loved it! Will definitely be staying here again! Thanks
