I was stay in. Room 3D, the bottom bed that close to window and the heater. I got bug bites everywhere in my body, still itch even few days later.

In the city the first time. Late at night, go up to Belveder. Dark. The door is locked. All the best call. Silence. I saw the note. It is proposed to shove in another hotel. The prospect is not very pleasant. Letter from Belveder whether was, or not. Maybe I missed it. The situation I really did not like. Peace on Belveder not converged. I myself would have found another hotel and prepared for transfer station-hotel. As a result, spent the night in Colombo. About Colombo okay.

i stayed in hostel colombo,as they sent me an email to do so. hostel is nice but their internet connection is not so good. it is clean enough. recommended..

Super friendly and helpful staff, when you can catch then as there is rarely someone at the front desk. The rooms/bathrooms/showers were always clean. Location was good. A 5 minutes walk to the train station, and then a 10 minute train ride(for 2.40 euro roundtrip) and your in the city of venice!The only thing that kinda sucked was that there was only wifi in the common room.

Clean and nice hostel. They give what you pay. I mean they offer cheap hostel so don't expect too much. But overall, nice hostel to stay

if you go out through right exist of station, Mestre, then you can find easily. and the hotel has a sister hotel, hotel colombo, much better facilities than Nuova, I'd been there. so really nice. and staffs were funny and kind.

We were put into hotel Colombo as renovations were taking place. It was clean and close to mestre train station which was good but I did get bitten by a lot of bed bugs which made it quite uncomfortable. No guest kitchen.

Terible location and neighborhood! Almost 25 people for one bathroom: uncleaned bathrooms

The main thing that bothered me about this hostel is how misleading their add is on the website. The pictures only show their private rooms. They must be ten times better than the dorms because the matress looked like something they found at the dump. It was stained and very thin. The staff was not helpful. They gave me a photocopied map with directions to a supermarket that doesn't exist and a band that only accepts Italian bank cards. I was also given the wrong bus information.

Excellent location!! Only one station away from the downtown (Venice itself) with free parking, which saves a loooot of money if you travel by car. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Only internet in one common room but it was ok, no maps to take with you but enough information to walk around and go to Venice. Nice place to stay and the cost-benefit in comparison with another hostels there is very good.

Very good location. Only a 5 minute bus ride from the city, and the bus pass costs only 1.20 euro. The bus runs 24/7 into the city of Venice. Nice rooms, Clean and comfortable. We had our own clean bathrooms. Definitely recommend it, since actually staying in Venice is so expensive.

There is no lockers. The bathroom in the rooms that are in a different building are poor. The shower is in The open and drains into the floor drain

A decent hostel considering you don't have much of a choice in Venice. It is on the main land so you have to take a bus or a train each time you want to go into Venice but it's really not that bad to do. Hostel is close to bus and train station. Follow the directions on the site, they seem a little dodgy but what's you get there they make perfect sense.

Pretty good hostel, good map, close to a good cafe, pizzeria, bus stops, short walk to supermarket. No computers here or anywhere nearby on the mainland. Internet Point prices are extortionate on the island and they're closed on Sundays. The hostel has wifi but unfortunately I had neither laptop or phone that could connect. Great hostel though. Perhaps they should install a computer or 2 and charge a small fee for service.

for me it felt like a mission to get to, especially at night. didn't quite understand the directions. An alright place to stay, would hapily stay there again.

Hostel was alright. Location was ten minutes from the train station walking, but not in Venice, in the city next door. Desk was never attended and anybody could walk in and go upstairs to where the rooms were. Common room closed at 11 like the internet. No cooking facilities but bathrooms were always clean!

its a good place given its cheap. comfortable and clean. - location: not inside venice, u need to catch a bus. the bus stop is just outside though. - wifi - only in common room, but works fast. - lots and lots of mossies everywhere. - shower - not the greatest - staff very nice and friendly and considerate and helpful - no lockers but staff will look after anything valuable in a private room

This place was fine. A lot cheaper than anything you will find in the actual city of Venice. Just a 5 minute walk and a 10-15 minute bus ride and you're in the city. Staff was very helpful. Only downside was that they shut the common room down at 11 PM so you couldn't really hang out and talk with anybody late at night unless you were in your room

I was given a very small bedroom with 5 beds where there should be only 4 or even 3. There was no space for leaving bags on this room due to too many people confined on the same space, not shelves. The view from the window was appalling, some kind of garden full of old stuff that had been left there to rust. Wasn't given any receipt for the stay nor for the Venice tax. Staff was friendly but not very professional in one of the cases (male). The female was professional but not very friendly.
