Number of bathrooms available were very less...Its cheap and value for money but with 3 rooms with 5 beds each just 1 bathroom not acceptable

The hostel its not so bad, location is really good (just 5 minutes to bus or train station and 10 minutes by train to venice), Its a really good value for money but the 5 bed dorm are not in the same building and this building doesnt have wifi also the people leave the main door with out lock and it makes it unsecure.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The directions from the airport to the hostel were a little hard to follow, but I found my way there eventually. Getting to the main island was easy and relatively cheap. Bathrooms were a little cramped, but clean.

The hotel was good, but the room was so small and you cant use internet in your bedroom. That is really annoying.

Internet service is VERY VERY VERY annoying, but staffs are VERY VERY VERY helpful. Staffs help you with a lot of stuff, city map, tourist information, transportation and even ordering pizza. A lot of young students will live in the hostel, which gives people a chance to socialize. Bathroom can get a little bit annoying given that two bathroom for a lot of people. But it was manageable. I would say if the internet situation was better, this hostel deserves a high recommendati

Room was spacious and clean. Hostel was around 5 minutes walk from the Mestre train station. And, Mestre train station is like 15 to 20 minutes (and 1.20 euros) from Venice's main station, Sta. Lucia. Internet was confined to the common room, which had a refrigerator and nothing else. There was no kitchen or anything like that.

Hi, I complaint about Nuova Locanda Belvedere (Venice, Italy). One week before arrival I asked them if I can pay by credit card on arrival. They answerd that they tried to contact me one mounth befere because they made mistake about price. I should pay on arrival 198euros and now they want 338euros. I didn't get any email from them before as they write. So I ask you what can I do about it? Is it possible to want more money than they declared in booking confirmation?

While the rooms we slept in were decently clean, the bathrooms were extremely dirty. Location was much further out of town than advertised. Not terribly inconvenient however it required a good walk and a bus ride. The directions given for airport to hostel missed a few crucial steps that complicated finding the place. We were dropped off by the airport bus by the Venice Bus Station and where told to get to Mestre Train Station, (with no directions on how or where that was).

I had a great time in this hostel. The staff, especially Giovanni, was really friendly and helpful. But, the beds smell a little bit. The wi-fi is really bad. It's 20 minutes by bus to go to Venice. I recommand it, if you can find something else better!

I really loved it there. The only criticism that I could add is that the beds were very hard. Otherwise, great location, staff and stay.

The Wi-Fi only works from the common room and only at certain hours. The common room is too small, can"t hold too many people. But you get what you pay for. Location is near to bus stop and Metro line to get to Venice Santa Lucia. Wouldn't really recommend it, but if you"re planning not to spend too much time in the hostel, it's ok.

The hostel is exactly what you pay for. We spend there only one night though, everything was ok. The bed sheets were super clean and fresh. Bathrooms were ok. Location is really close to Mestre Railway Station, just follow the directions carefully. There is bus stop very close to the hostel where you can catch the bus to the downtown. The guy in the reception is nice and helpful. Though he told us to come at 8.30 coz we arrived at 7 :D Would definitely recommend it. Good quality for it's price

When we arrived, we were given a small map of the place where the hostel is situated and a map of Venice and we were also explained how to get to the bus stop to Venice. The room was quite well equiped-apart from furniture there were towels available and the water in showers was hot. Air conditioning was a nice surprise for us=) WiFi OK The only unpleasant thing was that the bed linen a bit stinked, kind of disinfectant, and the common room stinked as well but this was smell of waste I´d say.

Taking the bus into Venice from here is super easy! Great place, staff, rooms, etc. Little expensive for what it is, but so is all of Venice. I'd stay here again
