All around great hostel. The owner Guillermo is a great guy that likes to party. It was super clean always. I liked the full backpack sized lockers in the dorms. It is worth the extra few bucks to stay in this oasis hostel rather than the other one (also owned by guillermo) as the location is great and super close to downtown and the beach.

Very clean place. They are very thorough in their maintenance of the place both in cleanliness and overall hostel rules. Nice hot showers. Security is a bit much since we kept getting woken up by the ridiculous door bell. Don't stay if you are not a morning person.

The staff were great! I was there during a really quiet time and got some amazing advice on local eateries, fun things to do off the beaten track, and good times to visit certain areas! All in all an excellent experience!

Awesome hostel! The staff could not have been more helpful, fun and hospitable. The locations is ideal with everything from the beach, the promenade, grocery store, clubs and numerous restaurants within a stones throw. The hostel is kept super clean and we felt at home right away. Climb the spiral staircase to the rooftop with your morning coffee and experience the glorious view of the city! I would absolutely recommend this hostel and can't wait to return!

I honestly had the greatest time ever staying at this hostel. Just arriving I had a warm welcome from Fernando who is amazing. Told me about the town and gave me a welcome beer. The hostel Is honestly in the best location ever. Two rooftop terraces and so easy to get from the airport. I could easily stay for a Month. Would recommend 100% it's super clean and the pancakes in the morning are perfect!

Cool hostel. Have boogie board and bike rentals for free. Super good location right in downtown, 1 minute walk to the beach. Cool rooftop deck to hang out and see the whole city from.

The hostel was set in an old city building within the centre of town, however it was very well kept and cleaned every day, I was surprised with the view from the terrace and the warmth of the staff. I really loved hanging out with Fernando for a drink in the afternoons. I had lots of fun and will definitely be back!!! Take care Guillermo and Fernando!!

the location is great. i was there for new year's eve so it was perfect for watching the fireworks. being a high-turnover hostel there, you get charged for keeping your bags there or using the facilities past check-out which is understandable, but really annoying if you are a long-term traveller. otherwise secure, clean, premises, and helpful staff. would recommend.

Lovely place, in the middle of everything. One block from the beach promenade and shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Very nice and helpful staff. (Thank you so much Fernando!). Big kitchen, clean bathrooms, nice rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for everything!

The hostel is very clean, comfortable and close to everything you could possibly want. The moment we walked in the staff made us feel welcomed. We even decided to stay longer to celebrate Christmas there as they prepared a huge family-like dinner and made sure everyone was feeling part of if! We loved it and miss you guys already. Thank you so much for everything and see you soon!

The Oasis was great! The hostel is very close to the main plaza, and its easy to get everywhere in town from there. The staff was great, and helped me with my bags. Also, the rooftop terrace has an amazing view of the church, and the mountains behind the church. I would very much recommend it to everybody travelling to Puerto Vallarta.
