Originally we had booked only 1 night at Oasis Hostel, yet 4 days later we are STILL here! and we've just booked 2 more nights. This is a wonderful and charming hostel with a really friendly family that runs it. They have lots of great advice on what to do and see there really isn't ever a dull moment around this place. It's in a quaint mexican neighborhood and only about a 15 min walk to the beach. Plus easy access to public transportation! It´s a shame this hostel is located so far from any useable beaches, and 10 minute walk from the restaurants in the centre of town. Still, it is a nice hostel. Good, clean place to stay but a bit out of town. Located on a main road so easy to get to with local bus from the airport or from the main bus station. Would recommend this place but get a room at the back of the hostel as the front rooms are noisy. Staff were helpful and the kitchen was well maintained.
