Good staff, great location, amazing old building within the old town, good social atmosphere, individual lockers, good beds n dorms, good cooking facilities. More of a party hostel and loud at night because of being on a main street of old town. Definitely recommend it though. They also do free cocktails and snacks (mussels) most of the time. I spent 3 nights and had a comfortable stay.
Such good value for money, one of the cheapest and I think THE BEST hostel I stayed in. In the old town itself, and only 5 mins from the bus station, so unbeatable location and also such a pretty old town building! Always something on in the bar, free food/ free drinks/ tour meeting point etc. so great for meeting lots of people, super friendly staff who genuinely want everyone to enjoy their stay and create a lovely atmosphere so every one does!
Definitely a social/party hostel, very laid back. Activities are organized every night, so it's pretty easy to meet people there, but the actions moves out to bars/clubs around 11pm, so getting the noise is not really an issue. Rooms are comfy and each has a kitchenette with fridge and own bathroom. Location is great, right in the center of town (which is very small anyways). The hostel is cute enough that many tourists stop and take pictures of it. Definitely a nice place to stay.
Best hostel ever, love you guys. Cheers from Mexico!
The staff and atmosphere was great - every night they had some thing, like free sangria, free shots and free mussels - Amazing. The staff really get involved with you and with the other guests. The only thing was that we could lock our dorm door which exited to the outside world, however Kotor seemed quite safe. The bathroom was a bit of a water pit on the ground which was a bit horrible. Very spacey dorms.
Awesome place, great staff, lovely spacious dorms and a friendly atmosphere. Very hugely recommended! Thanks for everything :)
I had such an incredible stay (and came back again of course). The hostel itself is really quite pretty but the fellow travelers that I met and of course the hostel staff really made this one of the best places I've been to. Thank you, guys!
Great staff, especially the guy that took the Montenegro tour - very knowledgable, and friendly. A great hostel if you are keen to party; however impossible to sleep from the noise of the partying downstairs if you are not there just to go out.
Really nice spotless hostel, dorm room we were in had a small kitchenette and it's own bathroom, highly recommend you stay here it's a good mix of people partying and relaxing
If you're thinking of visiting Kotor do not even hesitate to stay anywhere else - STAY HERE! The staff, facilities, location and atmosphere are incredible. They ensure we had an amazing stay and I want to go back ASAP. Thanks Old Town Hostel!
I had been hearing good things about this hostel from people all over the Balkans and they were not wrong. Very good staff, fantastic location and character. Be prepared to party. A lot.
Great atmosphere. Nice and really helpful staff. Good place for meeting people. Only downturn was the shower, which was flooding all the time.
I discovered on the second day that the staff were offering discounts to new unbooked arrivals. E50 began to seem expensive.

Nice looking hostel. Good location. I have a funny situation with keys not working, when I arrived. And when I checked out, then went to recheck in for another room I revieved mixed messages for an available room.
The staff is really nice, but just not on top of their stuff. They're not great at responding to emails and their advertising and communication are a bit misleading. For example, I picked this hostel wholly because it advertised transfer to Skhodra, and even emailed the hostel to confirm, but once I checked in, it turned out that the transfer was up to 140 Euro more than expected, and didn't even happen every day.
Fantastic hostel. What a real find! The owners and staff are possibly the most fun and accomodating I've ever come accross. Great location and brilliant atmosphere. The sangria and sea breeze nights were a nice touch. At €15 a night you really have to go a long way to find a better hostel. Thank you old town :) I will see u again!
Mostly pros - great staff, they help arrange tours and transfers, free cocktail party, fantastic old building that still retains much of its character while serving as a hostel too. Location in the old town is amazing. AC is good and having a light duty kitchen next ti my room was a unexpected bonus. Cons -- need more bathrooms but wasn't a deal breaker for a stay of 2 nights. Not sure how they would ever fix this given the age and structure of the building anyway.
Amazing hostel! The staff are crazy and cool with tours and activities planned every night.
Easily one of the best hostels I've stayed at in Europe - fantastic staff, atmosphere, location, and people.
Tons of fun, a wonderful place to stay. Just that if you want to continue to Albania, the bus schedule offers more possibilities than the staff knows.
