Good hostel at a good location, the staff could have been a little more enthusiastic though. It is very clean and the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was also really cheap and really good. Would stay here again.
Clean, decent food. Staff are gelpful with tours etc. Central location
One Stop Hostels definitely have a good set up, had all the benefits of the Phnom Penh one. The staff were friendly as well although not as good as in PP. It was also frustrating as we were moved from the hostel we had booked to the other one. I know it's not too far away but we had already arranged to meet our tuk tuk driver for the sunrise tour at the one we were originally booked in. They seem to interchange the two quite a lot which is fine overall, but fair warning should be given.
We're told the new location was all around a better deal. No..not even finished construction. Rooms are clean BUT water went out for a day with on explanation or apology, after it smelled horribly and it stuck to your body. Blood stains/trail from a room on our floor to bathroom never cleaned up during 4 night stay. Staff was rude & tried to upcharge preset tuktuk fees for temple tours (3 separate occasions). Breakfast area filthy & cockroach infested. Deteriorating fast 1 month after opening...

Location is excellent, staff is nice and helpful. Beds are comfortable and rooms big. Lockers are smaller so you can only fit your smaller backpack in. Bathroom could be a little nicer. But overall, a good stay
Really modern and clean place, would definitely recommend for the newer facilities and prime location in siem riep
Located near Pub Street and night market. Everybody can come in and rooms are almost never locked. Medium locker, better use your own lock to ensure security. Staff okay but sometimes, lots of staff members hang it around... They are helpful but not really nice and smiling... Atmosphere is okay but no really social. But there is a board where you can join tours to share tuk tuk cost. Cleanliness is fine. Beds really comfortable. AC in rooms. Good night sleep. Not a lot of shower/toilet but fine,
Absolutely brilliant hostel with a fantastic location, good and spacious common space, extremely helpful staff and very clean and comfortable rooms. I would recommend it without a doubt.
This is a very good hostel and so worth every single $ that we spent. The staffs are really friendly and helpful, the location is awesome as easy to access to Pub street and also surrounded by spa or restaurant both local or western or even food stall. The room is just nice and what we were concern the most was the toilet and the bathroom, and this hostel did a great job in term of the cleanliness. Happy max to chose this place to stay.

The staff were great especially George! He is so friednly and outgoing and helped me everyway he can! The shower/bathroom was clean and the location is 1min walking to Pub street! Downside though, mosquitos in the room... not sure if that was only my room but you gotta do something about it! Also the common room was nice but too hot without A/C... Other than those everything was great!
The staff was helpful but if something went wrong they don't know how to find soltutions, not my case but saw someone else having some problems. In general rooms and bathrooms are good. I do recommend.
Clean hostel, with large beds, good showers, efficient air con and helpful staff. But several guests had things stolen from their lockers during my stay there, use your own lock for extra safety.
Stayed in One Stop in Sinhanoukville, and the standards are the same across the board. Can't fault the place! George is a funny character! Didn't know there's a 2nd One Stop in Siem Reap which is newly opened and has a pool. Probably would stay there purely for the pool to cool off in and have a swim. Otherwise, this one is ideal :)
Nice place to stay in SR, although doesn't be a safe place to leave r things while u are out. Some people was Stoled when I was there.
Was a bit annoyed when I turned up at the main hostel with a booking and they said they were over booked and would have to transfer me to the new building which wasnt "as" central and also because of all that took me an hr and a half to check in. But stayed there for 3 nights and the new place was clean and well.. new! besides the first experience had a good stay. Smiley helpful staff.
The staff helped with the tours, trips and bus rides. Possible to get decent breakfast even at 4.30AM before the sunrise. Hostel has a nice hangout area where u can meet many other backpackers.
Great hostel with friendly & helpful staff . The hostel is very very clean and the beds are comfortable. One Stop is perfectly located close to the Pub Street and next to a little supermarket. ATM, bakery, restaurants... everything is nearby. There is a TV area in the lobby where guests watch movies. This is perfect for meeting new people and for making friends. I bought a bus ticket to Bangkok via the hostel and the company was badly organised. I would not recommend the 13 USD ticket!
The hostel does not seem to have CCTV. The dorm door has a lock though. Location is awesome right in the centre of everything. Staff is eager to help when needed. Bathroom facilities not very clean, probably because there aren't that many and they get dirty very quickly. Wifi was reliable and the bed was comfortable. This branch has no pool, the other one in town has and you can use it if desired (didn't go there myself). Would stay again because of the location.
One of the best hostels I've stayed at ever. The bedrooms are clean, beds are great, bathrooms are modern with awesome showers and by far the highlight of my stay there was the staff. They made me feel so welcome and they even invited me out with them on New Years Eve. George who works there is a legend! Perfect to meet other travellers and they really help you with Angkor Wat trips by sharing Tuk Tuks with other guests to keep costs down. 100% stay here when in Siem Reap!!!
When i was there. They just open new onestop hostel nearby. AND ITS AMAZING , ask them to put you in the new hostel. The one that i stay is amazing but the vibe in there is not very "sociable" go to the new one everyone in there hangout in this rooftop pool where you can see the sunset. I hope they make bar in there soon. It'll be amazing. The facility of both hostel is great. In the old one they have roof top. Good value for money too.
