we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff and owners are lovely. They have great facilities. There are fans in all the outdoor spots that allow you to stay outside in the heat of the day enjoying the lovely locale without being drenched in sweat. The pool was nice. The food was hit or miss. Some things were incredible and some things were meh. Overall this is def. worth the money and I would recommend it!

Fan rooms only have glass windows, no mosquito window screens or mozzy nets. Furthermore, planes fly “through the garden” until about 1 am, and the restaurant menu is both very limited and quite overpriced – this is bad as there is no alternative nearby. and generally don’t want budget travelers there - so if you are, better stay away.

Dear guest, We noticed your bad attitude when you arrived, immediately starting to complain about everything. You booked the Eco room (Basic Double) with fan and cold water for 8 days and left after one day. Fair enough, but you even then you tried to force us to give back the deposit you paid to Hostelworld. As we tried to explain you, this is the commission of Hostelworld, you still insisted and we refused. We also to try to offer the Standard room, because they have mosquito window screens for 4$ more, but you did not take it, because of the 4$ more. Furtermore it is not true, that there are no restaurants around this area. There are 2 Khmer restaurant within 200m. We can not believe, that you mention, that we do not want backpackers in our Eco Lodge. This is not true!!! We love Backpackers, because we also are. You are right, that we are close to the airport, but this is no issue for most of our guests. We consider the matter closed. Thank you!
