Really nice place right in the centre of town. Good large spaces to hang out in and meet others and a decent sized kitchen and a small but atmospheric attic to watch movies in. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were ok and when i showered only managed Luke warm water Ut thats my only complaint.

Very nice and chill hostel! Clean bathroom, excellent kitchen, great lounges and the best location ever! WiFi works great, though it is a pity you have to pay if you want to use the laptop. Staff is very friendly and helpfull and can tell you all about Popayan and neighbourhood. You should definitely stay here!

Great location on the main square. Really nice central chill area. The rooms are small and basic. The bathrooms are small and not made for tall people ;)

Great hostel. Good value, clean dorms. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent kitchen. Reasonably priced beer. Lots of info available on the surrounding area, town and onward travel to Ecuador.

We loved the atmosphere of this hostel. The double room we had gives, with large windows, on the main city square. There is a beautiful common room with a big window in the ceiling from where you can see the roof of the church, close by. Definitely a nice place to chill out.

Well run, and a lot of information effectively displayed regarding places to visit, travel timetables etc. Fabulous location, a light and airy place, though most of the dorms themselves are windowless (high ceilings make this ok.) The three owners and other reception staff are friendly, helpful and accessible. All are English speaking and for some of us who don't speak Spanish, this is a boon. Nice retro look. .And cute gato (cat)!

The location is more than great, just in front of the main plaza, very safe. The staff is great, sooo friendly, they help you out with your questions, help you find address and tell you what bus to take, they even help you plan your trips! All in all I think is a great choice

The staff of the hostel is amazing! I got all the help that I needed and the owner of the hostal woke up at 5am to catch a bus for me when I was leaving the town. The location of the hostal could not be better. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place and the laundry service worked very well. I think this was one of the best hostal stays I´ve had during my trips in South America.

Great people make the greatest atmosphere in ParkLife hostel!! Borja would be the friendlist owner I've met when others are also very nice and helpful. They put so much information about other tourist attractions with every detail on the wall. But when you go to them and ask, they are still very patient and tells it all! Popayan is a beautiful and safe city to chill as well with great restaurants around. I planned to stay only one night but turned out I spent 4 days there.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hostel for 3 nights and we loved it. The location is perfect- right in the middle of the plaza. The staff are super friendly and more than willing to give you advice as regards what to do in the area and throughout Colombia. The facilities are great- a fully equipped kitchen, massive catalogue of movies, drinks, a really large common area with bean cushions. It was easily one of my favourite hostels in South America. Keep up the good work guys!
