A segurança do hostel parecia boa, mas a região é muito estranha. Há favelas perto. Mas é perto do aeroporto. Negocie o taxi, não pagamos mais de 15 soles. Os quartos eram novos e limpos. Café da manhã básico. Hostel security seemed to be ok but the location was weird. It's close to airport. Bargain the taxi ride, we payed 15 soles and 8 soles. Bedrooms were clean with almost brand new furniture. Basic breakfast.
We only had 9 hours in Lima and this was a great option. We were picked up at the airport and had no issues. Bed was comfy for the night. Location close to the airport was good. They even packed us a snack since we were leaving before breakfast in the morning.
I chose this hostel for a night, because it was near the airport and I had a flight on the next morning to Cuzco. Although I arrived super late there (2am), the staff was very kind and made me feel welcomed during my stay. The bed was very confortable and the room was clean. There was hot water and I actually got nothing to complain about. :))
Perfect for a short stay between flights from Lima airport - the hostel is just 5 minutes away in the cab. Staff were very helpful and it's a nice place to be - very colourful, with a communal space (with tv, sofas, DVDs and computers), a pool table, a bar area upstairs, and a kitchen (reasonably well-equipped). My dorm was fine, although you only get a blanket and I was cold at night. Surrounding location is rubbish so if you're actually staying to see Lima, best to find somewhere in the city.

Great location next to the airport and super sweet staff. Dennis picked me up from the airport and was a great man to chat with. Great way to land in Peru.
Useful place if you have a plane connection. No need to use the taxi transfer you can easily find a taxi at the airport for less than12 Soles (3USD)
Very nice and helpful staff in a convenient location for late arrivals or early departures. It is just minutes from the airport. There is a large supermarket down or there is some food available as well as a small bar. WiFi throughout so all was very easy.
God opción although our bathroom wasn't so clean. EXcellent pick up service
Staff were unhelpful. The location was supposed to save us money on the taxi to the airport, but instead was still expensive and didn't make it worth it to be in a unpleasant neighbourhood. The staff also receive money from booking taxi's, which is not how things should be done.
Only stayed a night as I was catching a flight to Colombia the next day, so this was the perfect hosel to stay in if you want to be close to the airport. Its on a main road and theres nothing to do round there and doesnt seem 100% safe, the nearest shop/marlet is 9 blocks away, so i ust walked down the road until I found a liitle off the street shop and got food there. Wifi is very good, breakfast also very good and hot water in the showers.
We stayed at this hostel one night, because we had to get up early in the morning and catch a plane. It is very close to the airport, so for this purpose it is fine. Otherwise it is far from anything interesting, and in an unsafe neighbourhood.
So much better than 9 hours in the airport. Most comfortable bed we had in S. America.

If you're coming in late to Lima, or leaving early in the AM, this is an excellent choice for a quiet night's rest after/before your flight, as the airport IS NOT in Lima, but in Callao, which is an expensive cab ride from the airport. Quiet and secure, the Pay Purix hostel will give you a good night's sleep at a reasonable price and a good breakfast, and arrange transport to and from the airport. It's no 4* hotel but still a bargain for late arrivals and early departures....
Literally 6 minutes from the airport. Not someplace you'd stay long- perfect if you have a late arriving flight or an early departure, though. Airport pickup was cheap and convenient.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered an early morning taxi and slept through our alarm, but the receptionist came upstairs to wake us up and held the taxi for us. So appreciated!
We stayed here for one night when our flight got in to Lima in the early hours. It could not have been more perfect. Super friendly staff picked us up from the airport despite it being almost 2am. Staff when we got to the hostel were excellent and the place was clean and tidy and warm. Awesome breakfast the next morning and a fun and colourful environment. Thanks guys!
Up until the morning of my flight I thought this hostel was the perfect pre-flight hostel in Lima. It´s cheap, offers a satisfying kitchen with good facilities, wifi, good beds and great location. If you have an alarm clock, no worries! But my alarm clock was stolen and so I requested the hostel got me up at 5.30 for my flight, it was logged in to the system along with my taxi booking. I wasn´t woken up as the night shift didn´t check the computer. I caught my flight okay, but not good enough.
This is a great hostel if you just want to be close to the airport. Take a taxi yourself from the street and it should only cost 5 soles to the airport front gate. The 20 bed dorm is divided into 2 sections, with plenty of space and very good value. The location is not so good if you want to actually explore Lima as it is a long way from the interesting places. Perfect for budget traveler just looking be near the airport.
Expectations are key here; this is a hostal that's 2 min drive away from the airport. It isn't fancy, but it is close to the airport, clean, and CHEAP. If you arrive at night, have a flight out in the morning, and don't have a huge amount of cash I highly recommend Pay Purix. Also, take the offered S20 cab ride. I speak fluent spanish, and I couldn't get a price close to that. The location is 'excellent' if you want a place close to the airport.
Despite what it says on hostelworld there is no restaurant. At least it wasn't open when I was there...
