Beautiful hostel in a great location! Centrally located right off metro line 6 – with easy transfers to metro line 2! Bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate. Showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Although I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, I would not recommend this hostel for someone looking for a traveler or hostel experience. It was like staying in restaurant that also offered beds. There was only a small common area which also served as overflow seating for restaurant.

This hostel had the nicest atmosphere. Beautiful flowers everywhere! My only complaint, like other people, is the one sink, two showers and two toilets for all of the rooms..

After being instructed in writing, told in person in English and by a Chinese medical doctor friend, and reminded each time I had them take my medicine out of refrigeration, they froze solid my very expensive diabetic injectable medicine. Then, instead of reimbursing myself for it, they argued that the medicine had expired.

The amount of flowers is stunning. However I Can afvice you to put less in the Bowl or chance Them more often. Some of them dies, and were not changed, and the dead flowers start to smell.

Great location and close to the subway to get around Beijing. Helpful staff and homely feel. Restaurant was fairly pricy but food was generally good, plenty of choice on the street outside though. Really enjoyed my stay and was a good base

Near subway, safe area, own locker, own private light and socket Bahroom might be an issue- 2 showers, 2 toilets and just 1 sink to share between all dorms. checkin staff didnt really tell you anything, just heres your room and gave the wifi code. BEWARE OF SCAMS AT TOURIST AREAS. i got scammed myself although i saw at reception 2 days later a warning in small writing compared to a girl i met staying at a hotel and was warned at checkin by staff about scams. Dont think id stay again.

If you want to take a break from staying at scruffy hostels this is a pretty good choice. There seemed to be some issues with the keycards not working consistently, and the frequent beeps of the keycard system were quite audible from within the room (which is only nice when you get locked out because your card doesn't work). That is maybe a point for improvement. In case it's user error it may be an idea to give guests instructions about the matter. But, overall it's a great place to stay at!

I don't really have anything to complain about with this hostel! The staff were friendly, everything was clean an well organised, great location, lovely café downstairs... The staff in the café didn't speak english very well, but that's not a big problem. And also, the rooms were quite small, but except that everything was really super!!

I really liked my bunk, which was a little sleeping loft above the bunks in the dorm. The staff was wonderful! My only complaint was the overly-active music pumping away all the time. I suggest a greater variety of music, including tempo, style, etc.

Overall a great stay in a great location. Do wish they had more than 1 bathroom sink though and the AC in the room didn't work 100%. Still a good stay though and I would recommend

Lovely hostel - stayed in private room so not sure what dorm like. Staff lovely, wi-fi great, lovely cafe/restaurant - ate there a couple of times as it was so good! great location on lovely hutong. Booked trip to great wall of china through reception - no issues at all. More like boutique hotel than hostel. Downtown backpers just down road seemed nice too!

This hostel does not include a common area apart from the restaurant/cafe/flower garden. This would be the greatest short coming of the place (and the lack of a kitchen is the second!) so meeting other travellers doesn't happen organically as it would in other hostels.Apart from their instance that a coffee sell for $5 the location is smack bang in the middle of a great area on the fun end of Na'n Shu Lui Xaing way.
