We enjoyed our stay....the 'help yourself' arrangement in the kitchen was good but could be a little more organised with basic coffee, tea, milk and sugar ( and perhaps juice) updated each day.We enjoyed our stay....the 'help yourself' arrangement in the kitchen was good but could be a little more organised with basic coffee, tea, milk and sugar ( and perhaps juice) updated each day....Close

What a wonderful surprise when I entered this small and well managed hotel. The management and staff were charming and encouraged me to utilise the free services in the hotel, such as 24 hour kitchen available to all guests with ample supply of coffee/tea, toast, microwave etc..
I cannot emphasise the merits of this well charming establishment too much, but do hope after this review may mange to be in a position to book in again.

Great place to stay in Santiago. 2 minute walk from the cathedral, all the bars, and only 10 minute walk to mthe bus station. The staff was great. They even let us use their phone when we needed it. I would definitely recomend it, worth the price.Great place to stay in Santiago. 2 minute walk from the cathedral, all the bars, and only 10 minute walk to mthe bus station. The staff was great.
