Guests praise its excellent cleanliness and fantastic location, just a short walk from the cathedral and city centre. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds are also highlights. It was really great. The ONLY bad thing was the noise of the school right next to the hostel. Idk what was going on but they made a lot of noise until 23h and then started again at 6h lol

The rooms need better fans if there is no AC. It was around 35°c outside and the rooms were hotter than outside. One tiny fan for a room of 5. No AC. Decided to check out early because it was intolerable and we were unable to sleep.

I don’t have enough characters to write everything. Alberto, who was checking me in, only said to me “can I have your ID” and “you still need to pay”. He spent the rest of the time talking badly about another client to Raquel! I suggest you don’t assume that British people only speak English. My key didn’t work when I got to my room, and when I went back to reception, groups pushed infront of me despite Alberto looking directly at me. My room smelt horrible, but I had no faith so said nothing.
