Nobody here speaks English, so be prepared to use Google Translate if you need something. Also, the key situation is very complicated, you need three keys to get in. It's also quite far from the center, although this isn't a problem if you can find the metro or take a cab (they're not expensive in Madrid at all). But you get a private room for about as much as the same thing would cost in a hostel, so it's not too bad overall.
When I got to the place, It was quite far away from the city center, So I decide to leave the place in 1 day in 2day trip. The owner shows the worst possible hosting display. She tries to charge me Euro10 extra .When I show her the email of amount due, she returns me Euro5. I would have rather liked her to say that since I left in a day that is why she charged extra, at least would have been more convincing
