Staff are extremely rude/no customer service skills at this hostel. I had trouble finding it when I first arrived at night and I was told in the instructions to call the number if I had trouble, so I did and the old lady who answered was SO RUDE. She tried to make me feel stupid and shame me for having trouble getting to the place... not just once but *continuously* until the moment I entered my room.
