This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in, and probably the best I am ever likely to stay in. The hostel was so clean and although the rooms were small, they were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were like hotel bathrooms and were cleaned regularly. Everything about this hostel was clean, safe, and secure and they really go all out on the free breakfast that you can get until 1pm! The staff are all warm and welcoming, I recommend this hostel to anyone going to Toronto.

This hostel seemed very clean and new. Had everything we needed for the cheapest price around, and it was right next to Kensington Market, which has some awesome fish and chips, and The Hot Box Cafe which I had no idea existed before, but I'm glad to have found it.

Staff are awesome. They are really friendly and they organize events a few times a week. Saturdays are usually Pasta Saturdays and Wednesday nights are for pub crawling.

AMAZING!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Met some great people. Felt very safe. EXTREMELY clean. They really took care of us- I even got breakfast and dinner one day of my stay. Cute workers, too, hehe.

Loved the hostel, good location and friendly staff. The only thing that annoyed me was the never ending cleaning. Hostel staff came through the room several times a day from midday until late, 7pm one night! Cleaning once and being finished would be great.

It's odd; some of the facilities are excellent and beyond what other hostels provide, for example, food available, modern kitchen with dishwasher (htought it wasn't working when I was there), rooftop deck with bar and great view, lockers with keys so you don't have to bring your own lock, and no charge...modern macs (4 of them) for internet acces But basic things like no hooks to hang clothes near the bunks, too many bunks in the room (if you have a lot of luggage this was a problem), lights...

The beds were incredibly squeaky, every slight movement they creaked ridiculously loudly. Other than that the hostel was perfect. Would definitely recommend or come back in the future!

Excellent hostel, very clean. The only problem was that the rooms were so cramped - the beds were right up next to other, with such little space keep your belongings, other than in the small lockers provided. The beds also made a very loud and annoying creeking sounds when you moved. Other than that, the kitchen was very nice, with a good selection of food for breakfast each morning. The rooftop lounge/bar was really awesome, great views up there. The atmosphere was great too.

Overall good. Dorms are very congested and small. Six beds in a small room of size about 8 by 5 feet!. In breakfast they only offer bananas for whol 10 days I stayed there. They could have some variety. Also I suggest if they can put a chair in the dorms so that one can tie their laces sitting on it!
