22.61% tax is not included in the room rate. It will be charged at check in.

Free cancellation at least 48 hours before arrival date, first night of stay fee for late cancellation or no show.
Government issued photo ID (passport/driver's license) required at check-in to establish non-Toronto (GTA) residency. A photocopy of the ID will be taken at check in.
Must be 19 years of age or older.
Please Note that we don't have 24 hour reception. Check in closes at 2AM.
Reception & Check-in is located in the Café (The Only Café) from 2pm until 10pm. Late Night Check In is available from 10pm until 2am and located at our Bar.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before their reservation.
The guest will be charged the first night stay if they don't cancel within 48 hours of their reservation date.
The guest will be charged a deposit from the property (equivalent to the first night) 48 hours prior to arrival.
If the deposit payment declines or is not provided, the reservation will be cancelled. Guests will be notified via email.
*Please note, that any fees paid prior to 48 hours of your reservation, go directly to Hostel World and they do not apply to The Only Backpacker's Inn and the deposit required to secure your reservation.
