Lazy and unkind staffs. I asked them to make a reservation of airport shuttle, and tried to confirm it several times. However, no one told me when the shuttle would come exactly. Moreover, at the time when I expected the shuttle should come, they said that the shuttle wouldn't come because no seat was available. I was really upset. I had to pay extra money just because their mistake and late notice. I demand them to be responsible for my loss, but they said nothing could be done. Bad experience

Owner Comment (Show)
We let you know twice the day before that the shuttle was full, despite this you insisted to wait for it the next morning. Probably you did not undertand us, We sorry for this misunderstanding.

Needed better maintenance such as making sure power points work. Breakfast was quite plain and ordinary. Just crusty bread rolls, not even cereal.

Absolutely loved the hostel! Great small included breakfast, great atmosphere, and cozy bed with big blankets. Not too far from town, not much of a view, but still a good location. Very much recommend it!

Really nice hostel, clean and double rooms are really nice. The kitchen is in a separate building around the corner which has a nice feel. Veronica on Reception was extremely helpful. Its a bit of a steep walk from bus station.

Very helpful staff, they gave us good information about what to do in El Calafate and Perito Moreno. The only weak point was the poor breakfast.

The staff are nice. Very helpful. The location is too far from city center, especially when we carry that lots of baggage. Wifi doesn't work sometimes. Perhaps too many people are trying to get connected.

This hostel is not in a very good shape. Liking taps, heating system always to its maximun, broken shower.... Tiny beds, against boiling heater.. Veronica and nacho are very helpful and nice, federico snobs clients, we did not appreciate his attitude. The kitchen area is amazing, good character. Breakfast is poor.

The hostel was very chill and nice, but not so clean. Im not sure when the sheets were last changed and the kitchen is scary dirty. But the staff was very helpful and nice. Overall, really enjoyed my stay there.

Great staff, loads of character and clean! Great communal area for cooking and meeting people. It's separate so those who want to stay up can do so withoput waking up others. Ariving from the station with loaded backpacks up the hill was a small price to pay for the overall experience. I would perhaps recommend to the hostel they provide transport to and from the bus station.

I stayed there for only 1 night. The hostel was a little bit far away from the city centre. Others was okay.

Very nice hostel, nice and friendly stuff. Only minor minus would be that there is a small common room to hang out with the other travelers..

We've spend two nights there and were quit satisfied with what the hostel had to offer. We had a double room with bathroom, which was rather big. The breakfast was a bit poor and could have been better. Nevertheless it was quite good overall.. A bit out of the center of the town, on a hill, which is a bit of a hike from the bus station if you have heavy luggage.
