The hostel was very friendly and I appreciated the staff helping me organise a taxi driver that they trusted for my early morning journey to the bus stop.

There is a wide range of tours/activities offered by the hostel at reasonable prices. Staff are helpful, there is water available for a minimal charge, and the breakfast is good with fruit, cereal and eggs that you can cook yourself. It's further out of the centre than some places, but it's still only about 10 mins walk. Note that the hostel is only open 8am - 10pm (guests get a key). I arrived after a night bus and had to wait for the door to open, but it was fine.

Booked for three nights but ended up to stay there for a week :-) It's a beautiful place and you feel like at home! The staff is very friendly, the guest are very multicultural and it feels like a big Family. The rooms and the bathdrooms are very clean and the breakfast buffet is quite rich. Will stay for sure there again if I should come back to San Cristobal once again.

I'll start by saying that this is the best hostel I've ever stayed at, and my boyfriend and I were only there for a night. Our only issue is that we didn't spend more time in San Cristobal! The rooms are super charming, and the courtyard is great for evening hangouts. They offer a wide variety of diverse excursions, and the breakfast is unreal. The homemade jam was the best jam I've ever eaten! I will definitely be returning at some point in the future.

Very cute hostel, very good atmosphere, friendly and peaceful, staff very helpful, the price is very good, a little bit far from the center but not so much, this hostel is perfect if you want to have good time in San Cristobal, like we did. Best hostel of what i've seen in Mexico until now.

Tons of noise in double ensuite, mostly fr neighbors. Latenight noise rules loosely enforced, so didnt get much decent sleep (u can hear everything im courtyard from room) Everything else great.

Cute little spot not far from most of the things you want to do in SCDC. Would stay again for sure.

This is a really lovely hostel, with friendly staff and nice atmosphere, interesting excursions. The only minus I would give it is the lack of security- the front gate is open all day & dorm doors are wide open- it would be easy for someone to walk in from the street and grab stuff- especially as the lockers are not large enough to hold a whole suitcase/backpack. One day we came back from an excursion and couldn't find anyone around, with all the doors open to the street. Otherwise, lovely place.

It was by far the best hostel we stayed at during our month trip in Chiapas. We came back to stay multiple times. A lot of character, emaculantly clean, awesome staff, good little breakfast/coffee. A little further from the main roads/center (5min) but it's a nice and safe walk. I would recommend this place for those who want an easy going, quiet, non partying hostel. There is a noise curfew, but really isn't enforced, but the crowd is normally respectful of it. I 100% recommend this hostel

Left earlier than planned - problems sleeping because of other people being really noisy. Didn't help that my room was next to the kitchen. Hostel was really nice though - clean and good staff.
