Very clean motel with the basics, chosen as it allows dog to stay. Road noise a minus, and the Rt 1 divided highway access is stupid, but location in general was within 10-15 min of a lot of stuff. Not a place to go without a car- no sidewalks.

Good hotel with nice rooms. Bit too pricey for what you get and the location. Location is at least 20 mins drive from the nearest train station. Unless you have a car it is very hard to get to.

First, no idea why HW includes this facility as a hostel. It's not. It's a Hotel, and charges hotel prices. Second, the location is difficult to find by car, and if you're on foot from Boston, it's horrendous Third, the "hostel" is identified as Red Roof-Boston Logan. It's more than TEN MILES from Boston Logan. Only way to get to Logan without a car is by taxi ($24). Fourth, fine print about sales tax. HW should do better job. Balance due was not balance due. Backpacking hostelers, RL not 4 u.

I loved the Red Roof Inn- Boston Logan! Very comfortable and clean! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great facilities but far from downtown! And they should do something with the internet wich is poor. besides that, excellent hotel!

location is VERY poor if u r a traveller to Boston it is really far from city center and theres NO CONVENIENT public transportation around this place. If u have a car it is ok but if not it would be horrible. Other than that, excellent in everything especially staffs are very friendly and kind

It's a very nice place to stay, not too expensive, very clean, nice staff willing to help whenever you need them, But it is in a terrible location far away from Boston and it's not a good idea to stay there if you don't have a car. It's right beside a highway so you have to walk about 15 minutes to the nearest bus station and it's a dangerous walk through the highway. Our average time to Boston from the Hotel was about 60 to 90 min. Plus, they tried to charge us 10% more than what was agreed.

Very clean and nice place. : ) Thank you for kindness.

This place very clean and wonderful. Free coffee each room, free Wi-Fi but a little slow. We recommend this Inn.

Thought It was fantastic and all the staff were extremely helpful and aided us in our stay in Boston from maps to taxis to advice on the best places to go.

Too loud, because of highway

far away from city centre, otherwise very good and affordable

Vielmehr Motel als Hostel, wie uns auch vom dortigen Personal mitgeteilt wurde Not possible to reach without a car!! Not central, at least 10 km away from downtown

This hotel is way out of the way with zero public transport

You definitely need a car to reach the Inn as it\'s like 10-15 min drive from Boston

The room is very good and clean. But the location is really poor. It is far away the downtown. If you have a car, you maybe can choose this hotel. But you don\'t have a car and you have to take bus or subway, you shouldn\'t choose this hotel. I suggest. Because you have to take taxi to get there. It will spend much time and money.

Hi, we find that it is a little difficult to find and the entrance and the way out is a little bit dangerous, since cars are driving fast in road 1.

After a rather grueling hike up the highway, I discovered that it is actually possible to take public transport to this place. Catch the train to Malden station, then take the 430 bus. You need to get off when you go over Main St., which is an overpass over the highway. However, the bus may loop around through Square One Mall once before allowing you to get off. From there, get off the east side of the bridge and walk north.

Very helpful staff. Even the manager of the hotel (Jay) spent more than 30-minutes to give us directions and tell us what do we have to do and see in Boston (center of Boston iz just 5-10 minutes away). We just didn't expect all that extaodornay service for one low-cost hotel. Bravo

Thank You for everything!!!!
