This hostel is located not far away from the city centre and train/bus station, but you should use a bus to get there (by foot – 30 min). The staff is friendly and helpful, speak English well. “+” Good communal lounge (with couches, tables, PC (Internet) and TV), where you can spend time with your friends. A well-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and free olive oil, salt, spices, etc. for cooking. “-“ The gas oven has only one working burner and it's too difficult to switch it on.

It would be great to have hooks in the showers to keep clothes off the wet floor. Otherwise excellent Will stay again

The rooms were good but I particularly appriciated the spacious common room. It was inviting and there were always people aroun. If you´re looking for a social hostel this is a good choice. Location is 5mins walk to the beach and 30mins from the centre of town.

Worst Hostel I've been at: we paid the advertised price for our stay when arriving and when checking-out the employee told us we had to pay 14€ more because he made a mistake when giving us the original price. Couldn't believe it. Also, we booked for two and he gave us only a single key. When asking for a second he said they didn't have any other one and that it was one key per booking, not per person. What if we had made 2 separate booking, they wouldn't have had anough keys?!

The place was really good. Kudos to the staff for being so friendly. They did not just accommodate us, they also made sure that we enjoyed our stay in Malaga. Overall, I would say it was a really good time there.

Negatives. The location is far if you walk but the bus is frequent and cheap and a 8 min. ride into the center. The beach isn´t that great either and a 10 min. walk. Also, the area AND the hostel looks ghetto, no lie. HOWEVER, its cheap, safe, and the atmosphere is wonderful and so are the staff! If you want a few days to chill that´s safe and relaxed, it´s a good choice.
